Cloudgoat, without a doubt.
Vapor Snag gets my vote
Dig Through Time, again, by a large margin.
Get rid of Benalish Commander for the Seraph if you'd like, but I'd keep it as is.
Cloudgoat Ranger is generally considered one of the 3 best white 5-drops, I wouldn't cut it. I did run Celestial Archon for a while as a budget replacement for Baneslayer Angel, and it wasn't terrible, but there are just better options for that slot.
Into the Roil and Capsize are probably the two best blue bounce instants that cost less than Cryptic Command, but if you're already running those and want another, I'd go with Vapor Snag or Repulse depending on whether you want speed or card advantage. The "all permanents with the same name" clause on Truth won't be relevant very often in a singleton cube.
Cloudgoat Ranger by a mile.
Neither of those bounce spells are good. Cut both and play something else.
Dig Through Time by a mile.
Sanctifiers is justifiable at 360. Calciderm is okay. The Commander is bad, but better than the Seraph. That card seems awful.
Never even thought of Dawnbringer Charioteers, I think I'll test that instead, although I don't have to much to trigger heroic.
I also was running Echoing Truth to help give Blue a cheap option against tokens. I haven't seen to many strong token strategies since I neutered the token deck a bit so I was considering adding something else.
Breaking news.
There will be no Tibalt, Tamiyo, Tezzeret, Garruk, Chandra, Liliana, mini-Jace, big-Jace, Garruk again, or Sarkhan in Theros either.
There will also be no Black Lotus.
So i'm not crazy for thinking Ranger or Eos isn't entirely needed in a cube right? I have yet to see him do anything that seems really impressive am I crazy for wanting to cut him to free up a slot in my white section?

Also Iona vs. Angel of Serenity
I don't believe ranger is highly played. Seems like he could be very good in a Red/White build where he can grab lategame-relevant one-drops like Grim Lavamancer, Spikeshot Elder, and Figure of Destiny, but outside of that deck, it seems weak.
Serenity seems better than Iona, since it has more immediate board impact (if you don't name their removal color and they just get rid of Iona, she's effectively done nothing, whereas Angel at least bounced/Raise Dead'd three dudes), and 7 is a lot easier to reach than 9 for control/ramp decks.

I don't like Fireblast as a mono-red only card, followed by Hell's Thunder + Blistering Firecat for whatever Ball Lightning effect you like least. I would consider Kargan Dragonlord to be quite useful for its RR cost since you run Purphoros
I'd cut Hell's Thunder before Kargan Dragonlord, because the latter is a Red 2-drop that's also solid later in the game, and I think a 600-sized Cube can use at least one creature like that. But I think all the cards you listed are close to each other in power level, except for Hellspark Elemental, which is a bit better.
I like Desolation Angel leagues ahead of Magister of Worth.
Magister isn't in my top 8 in the section, I don't think.

So just wanted to chime in here that Magister of Worth has over the last 6-8 months (I proxied her when she was first spoiled ahead of time) proven herself to be a complete powerhouse. In fact, if I had to rank BW Gold cards she'd be a solid 3rd for me, and it's honestly pretty close (Lingering Souls and Vindicate being the two I'd rank slightly higher). Between booster and rotisserie drafts, she's proven to be right up there with Griselbrand and Elesh Norn for importance in the reanimation archetype, and being 6 mana with a relatively easy-to-splash cost means that all the ramp and control decks are vying for her as well. In my eyes, Desolation Angel has sadly slid to 4th best "Angel" in BW over the years as both Ashen Rider (honorary Angel) and Angel of Despair have proven to be generally better for modern magic gameplay as Planeswalkers are a big deal, reanimation picks them highly, and if you're a deck reaching 7/8 mana you want something that helps to catch you up on the board (which is why Magister of Worth has been so amazing). Just my 2 cents, take it as you will.
I guess I am cutting Hell's Thunder then. It is more Lava Axe than creature anyway.
I agree with KMAYER: Magister of Worth is pretty good. She is splashable and does exactly what most decks that run 6+ mana creatures want to do. Plus, I really don't like Desolation Angel.
I think with Strangleroot Geist, you may want to ask yourself if you'd still be happy playing it a turn later due to mana restrictions. I would suggest considering it as a 2G creature that costs 1 less if you control two forests. For me, it still scales pretty well on the third turn or later and has applications in other places like Skullclamp and sacrifice shenanigans. Likewise, Kudzu gains value if you emphasize a lot of ramp/landfall effects in your cube.
Recently expanded my colorless section, but I need to make two cuts to make it fit. I like Emrakul to enable the super-ramp deck and Steel Hellkite is a bit of a pet card. I also want to enable the Upheaval deck, but am I running too much artifact mana for an unpowered cube?
400 unpowered with ratios 60/color, 60 for guilds, 40 colorless.
I need a 4th 1W drop to replace Knight of Meadowgrain I'm already adding Seeker of the Way, Cloistered youth and Daring Skyjek. I'd prefer to avoid adding the 1W Pegasi.
Also Kiora vs Sagu Mauler(With an incoming push in morph in every color) and or Mystic Snake
Magister isn't in my top 8 in the section, I don't think.

Seraph of Dawn is considered a staple in Pauper lists, but if rarity isn't a concern Dawnbringer Charioteers are strictly better.

I don't think those are really hard picks.

Geist seems like a better card for green aggro and midrange, but does it lose because of the GG cost?

I'd cut Lotus Petal first from that list, then Pristine Talisman, then Dust Bowl, then Oblivion Stone and then Loxodon Warhammer.
I'd also find a way to get a City of Brass, a Wasteland and an Evolving Wilds in there.
