I'd cut Relic-Warder and keep Kokusho, although Massacre Wurm is really close to it in power. That's a tough call, and I think it's really group dependent.
I like Captain the least. It's one of a bagillion WW cards, but at least Warder has some sort of automatic impact. Sometimes hoping you get a token is asking a lot.
Relic Warder would be my cut. He has no first strike and is not a real aggro creature. I would prefer to run Disenchant in my deck if I wanted to get rid of artifacts.
Precinct Captain has been quite good here. His soldiers have won games here. He also is a Human which is a bonus because we run Champion of the Parish.
Imposing Sovereign is still in testing fase here, but it has performed pretty good here.
Cloistered Youth is a 3/3 for 1W which are very good stats.
The WW creatures should be cut before the excellent 1W ones.
I'm not a fan of either of the Dragon or Wurm, but I think they are both comparable. The Wurm doesn't need to die before having an effect other than being a fatty, so that is my slight preference.
I guess if you are running a humans matter theme in your cube the Captain might be better than the Warder. Personally I like that guy a lot. Answer and beater can often mean wins against control decks. I like the Wurm a lot more. He can win you the game on the spot, allow for an extra productive Alpha or stabilize a losing position. I'm testing him now and think he will make my cube.

I've been trying to figure out how many WW cards I really want in my 540. I've got 5 currently in my 540 and I feel like that's one too many.
I think I'm looking to cut Knight of Meadowgrain over the Captain given that I run more token support than the average cube. I'm expecting the Relic-Warder to have more value after Theros.

I like Meadowgrain third best on that list. Lifelink and first strike make a wonderful combination. It's a beast in the aggro mirror match and isn't bad in midrange. I like Relic Warder the least of these.

As an 8.5 Tails advocate on these boards, have you tried him out?

I went through a period of pushing 8.5 tails but it's actually restrictive for weenie/aggro decks. You need to sink so much mana into the thing. Of course, late-game it's insane but if you want to curve turn 2, 3, 4, 5 it gets in the way.

I mean, hell, we're all on a forum for something that most people would describe as a "children's card game"...do what makes you happy. You are never too old to enjoy yourself.
I went through a period of pushing 8.5 tails but it's actually restrictive for weenie/aggro decks. You need to sink so much mana into the thing. Of course, late-game it's insane but if you want to curve turn 2, 3, 4, 5 it gets in the way.
It doesn't really get in the way on 2, but it allows you some flexibility from 3 forward if you want to use its abilities. And yes, certainly very good if drawn after turn 5 as well (I know my attacking decks don't always kill people on t5).
We gave 8.5-tails a loooong time in our cube, but he only had a few shining moments (and a lot of "why am I apying WW for a bear" moments). We decided we would rather have a more reliable creature in that spot.
I'm trying to keep aggro decks strong, which means taking out a surplus of life-gain cards and making some removal better suited for aggro. That's when I came upon Gelid Shackles. Though I'm not willing to cut Faith's Fetters for it due to its interaction with planeswalkers, is this card worth running in place of a Journey or a Temporal Isolation? If my plains are snow, would that make a difference?
I know it's a marginal pick, but red's three-drops are pretty weak. Can Shivan Raptor take the place of Fire Imp or its friends?
Gelid Shackles is okay, but a 1-mana upkeep to prevent a creature from attacking you is a drag. It's definitely not better than Fetters or Journey, and I like Isolation more too.
And cutting Fire Imp for Shivan Raptor would not be a way to make red's 3-drops stronger. If you want a creature like that, look to Countryside Crusher or Splatter Thug or Mindsparker. But not at the expense of Fire Imp.
It's played very infrequently as a tempo spell. Lots of players can't get over the card disadvantage of it (or parity). Condescend has worked well for you?
We cut Arcane Denial and haven't missed it one bit. Having a hard count for 1U is nice, but giving them two cards proved to be insane again and again, even if we get one of our own. There have been times where they drew into nothing, or the card countered was their most import, but usually it was only a slight hindrance or they drew into more gas.
I think Condescend is the best, but I think Repeal might be worth finding room for as well.
I never liked Denial because I felt like it was a dead card for most of the game. Unless I had a finisher in hand there was never a time where I felt comfortable giving my opponent extra cards. Drawing cards is the strongest ability in Magic: The Gathering in my opinion, so why would I willingly do that for my opponent? Condescend on the other hand, can be used during any stage of the game, and always gives you some kind of advantage. Easily one of my favorite counters.

Precinct Captain or Relic-Warder, without a doubt Youth and Sovereign play too well in aggressive decks, especially at the non-CC cost.

I think the Captain although I'd cut any of the three before Imposing Sovereign. That card has been great for us.
