Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger vs Dreadbore.
Very different functions, but same CMC and same guild slot so these are competing for me.
Kroxa seems the more interesting card but Dreadbore is always playable.
If you have no restrictions on planeswalkers, Dreadbore > Kroxa. While Kroxa is good, it hasn't impressed me as much as Uro has. I ended up swapping out Kroxa for Angrath's Rampage since I play a good amount of walkers and more cheap answers. Angrath's Rampage has been working out well for me.
Fire & Ice, Wargear, Light & Shadow, Body & Mind, Heirloom Blade, Sinew & Steel, Feast & Famine, Truth & Justice, War & Peace
I would agree with this order, but without Humans/Zombies/tribal support, I was not running Heirloom blade at all in my list (I was running all of these but the last two swords and the heirloom blade). Should I rethink trying it out even in a cube that doesn't have any tribal archetypes? The asker talked about a 360 unpowered cube; mine is 540 powered - does that change the equation at all?
I don't think it needs dedicated tribal support. It's easy to find veins of shared creature types that run through most creature decks naturally, and sometimes it can be an upside to be more selective with which creatures it can grab. 3-4 overlapping tribal types in the same deck is more than enough for it to almost guarantee a death trigger on most every board.
3 - Fumigate vs Clear the Ranks (CMR leak - 3WW, Sorcery, Destroy all creatures and planeswalkers, except commanders) ?
1 - Domri unless you have a walker limit
2 - Rangers unless you have some combo with Artisan (I've never played it but it seems very meh to me)
3 - How many 5 CMC wraths are you running? Fumigate is probably the best of them, but Clear is a pretty interesting effect. Do you have room for both? I'd run Fumigate if I had to pick one (as white has a lot of good PW answers) but I'm less sure on this one.
3 - Fumigate vs Clear the Ranks (CMR leak - 3WW, Sorcery, Destroy all creatures and planeswalkers, except commanders) ?
Klothys > Domri
Rangers > Artisan
Fumigate > Clear the Ranks. Fumigate has a lot of upsides and can be played around its symmetry with your own walkers. It's much more difficult to break the symmetry of Clear the Ranks.
Liesa actually isn't a leak any more, but hasn't been added here yet.
I don't run any of these at this point, but it depends on what cheaty archetypes you have. If they're prevalent, I'd say Ashen Rider > Magister of Worth[/c] > Seraph of the Scales > Liesa, Shroud of Dusk.
If you don't really lean on those archetypes as much, I'd switch it to Seraph > Liesa > Magister > Rider.
5) Unsure, but if you only have room for one, I'd choose Fall from Favor. I think having a strong removal spell will lead to fewer unfun games than a turbo mill card.
RB draws you a card and lets you almost assuredly cast whatever you want the following turn. EG is good if you want to push a more aggressive midrange strategy. It's a great follow-up to a Deranged Hermit or Deep-Forest Hermit and can win on the spot, but it does take some set-up.
Terastodon is better the more nonland permanents you need to deal with. In my Powered 540 there are tons of prime artifacts, enchantments, and planeswalkers this gets to answer. The other two are fine, but definitely belong in lower powered cubes.
The 3 toughness on Gisela really killed it for me, dying to every burn spell along with the usual spot removal. LB is very powerful in environments which support persist combos and such, and is pretty good outside those environments. It can make your opponent think twice about blocking and it can provide some Wrath protection for your white aggro decks.

Volrath's Stronghold

I'm wondering....along with Volrath's Stronghold what should the other black land be? I'm torn between Castle Locthwain and Agadeem's Awakening.
For those interested this is what I'm leaning towards for the other colors.

Agreed on Primal Command > Stunted Growth.

Narset, Parter of Veils or Jace, Mirror Mage?
Soulherder vs. Reflector Mage
Fallen Shinobi vs. Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas vs. Ashiok, Nightmare Muse
Falkenrath Aristocrat vs. Vial Smasher the Fierce
Narset > Jace (if you support a draw-7 Leovold combo theme)
Soulherder > Mage (if you support blink)
Tezzeret > Ashiok > Shinobi (if you support the artifact.dec)
Aristocrat > Smasher (if you support 'crats)

Jura > Blackblade
Jace > Narset (although if you're still running OG Beleren, I'd play both of these and cut that)
Soulherder > Mage (I think this is a better overall card)
Ashiok > Shinobi > Tezzeret w/o artifact support
Aristocrat > Smasher (I think this is a better finisher for BR even outside of aristocrats)

2 - Avenger of Zendikar vs Terastodon vs End-Raze Forerunner ? What order ?
3 - Gisela, the Broken Blade vs Luminous Broodmoth ?
4 - Vial Smasher the Fierce vs Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger ?
5 - Court of Cunning vs Fall from Favor ? I've just slot for one
2) End-Raze Forerunners > Avenger of Zendikar > Terastodon. I like Forerunners as a sort-of second Craterhoof. I am down on Terastodon more than others I know, though.
3) Luminous Broodmoth >> Gisela, the Broken Blade.
4) Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger > Vial Smasher the Fierce, but not by much.
5) Unsure, but if you only have room for one, I'd choose Fall from Favor. I think having a strong removal spell will lead to fewer unfun games than a turbo mill card.

Regal Behemoth >= Earthshaker Giant > Greenwarden of Murasa
RB draws you a card and lets you almost assuredly cast whatever you want the following turn. EG is good if you want to push a more aggressive midrange strategy. It's a great follow-up to a Deranged Hermit or Deep-Forest Hermit and can win on the spot, but it does take some set-up.
Terastodon > End-Raze Forerunner > Avenger of Zendikar
Terastodon is better the more nonland permanents you need to deal with. In my Powered 540 there are tons of prime artifacts, enchantments, and planeswalkers this gets to answer. The other two are fine, but definitely belong in lower powered cubes.
Luminous Broodmoth > Gisela, the Broken Blade
The 3 toughness on Gisela really killed it for me, dying to every burn spell along with the usual spot removal. LB is very powerful in environments which support persist combos and such, and is pretty good outside those environments. It can make your opponent think twice about blocking and it can provide some Wrath protection for your white aggro decks.
Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger >= Vial Smasher the Fierce
Kroxa is great if you can combo, otherwise Vial Smasher is the better general card. Outside of the combo, I probably wouldn't run either.
Fall from Favor > Court of Cunning
Fall from Favor has board impact and is easier to cast.
How is the Kroxa combo?
