I think i would choose Intervention because of its flexibility.
Pull gives you more Card Advantage when you cast it for 6 or more mana, but Intervention lets you dig deep for two possible answers lategame while also being an efficient counter or draw spell in the early to midgame.

Pick one:
Verdurous Gearhulk or Biogenic ooze?
Gearhulk was actually my cut for Ooze, and I've been liking Ooze more.
I think Ooze is the better card, but I wanted to play Gearhulk over it to provide a different kind of effect. There's already 2 premium army-in-a-can cards in the green 5cc creature slot, not to mention the 'walkers that produce multiple threats.
I think they are both great cards, but only have room for 1
Not sure what your list is, but even at 360 I would really try to play both.
I think those are the two best 5 drop green planeswalkers and having a planeswalker payoff in green ramp is better than a creature because it's wrath insurance and card advantage. I would look to cut a 5 or 4 drop green creature so you can squeeze both in.
Glorybringer > Conscripts > Terror, most consistent and best of the bunch when behind
Waker > Analysis > Boon, best main mode
Games > Harbinger, more splashable, demands an answer
Forsake > Relic-Warder, Splashable cycles and cannot be undone at instant speed by a removal
Pick 1 - Imposing Sovereign or Seasoned Hallowblade
Pick 1 - Robber of the Rich or Heartfire Immolator
Sovereign, I predict the card disadvantage would be too costly unless used as a discard outlet (hard in white)
Immolator, it is a rare widely-playable red two drop while Robber is an easily interchangeable aggro-only beater.
1)Elspeth, Knight Errant vs Elspeth,Sun's Nemesis?
2)Top 3 white 5 drops? (counting Gideon Jura if he makes your top3)
3)Looter il-Kor vs Teferi, Master of Time?
4)Voracious Hydra vs Questing Beast?
Knight Errant by far
Looter by far, cheap enough to get you out of mana screws and enables reanimation earlier in the game
Need one last red three drop:
Sin Prodder vs Collective Defiance
Collective Defiance, because 3cc red section creatures is so competitive with Goblin Rabblemaster and variants (Krenko, Tin Street Kingpin
Legion Warboss, Najeela, the Blade-Blossom, Hanweir Garrison, Pia Nalaar) and IMO, I run Phoenix of Ash, Rampaging Ferocidon, Seasoned Pyromanc before Sin Prodder.
It depends on what you're looking for. Gideon Blackblade is more powerful overall, IMO, but is less versatile. So if you're looking to boost aggro, go with Gideon Blackblade, otherwise Gideon of the Trials.
Regarding Jace Architect vs Looting Teferi, I have to plug that Jace Architect has been very good for our group for years. Our players like it more than Deep Analysis, for example.
Agree with wtwlf123, except for point 4). Mayor is so insanely strong, and I think it can lift serious weight even without humans around it. I really like to pick it up in a Simic Deck and just let my board develop itself with this card, Nightpack Ambusher, Nadir Kraken or Chasm Skulker while leaving counters open.
Ferocidon has been incredibly good for us, and Alesha never worked. Alesha is also a multicolored card. My ranking for those three is:
Ferocidon > Pia > Alesha
Devoted > Incubation
I agree with wtwlf123 that you either want all three of those green aggro creatures or you don’t want any. Experiment One and Pelt Collector are generally better and more interesting than Kessig though.

Yeah I wasn't gonna bother but since you went out of your way to say it, this is 100% my experience as well. The card is exceptional in a deck with instant-spell plays, which simic does a great job at.

If I had to choose, Nissa by a hair.

2 - Mu Yanling, Sky Dancer vs Teferi, Master of Time ?
3 - Eliminate vs Doom Blade?
4 - vivid lands (eg. Vivid Crag) or Jumpstart lands (eg. Thriving Bluff)?
2) Mu if you support more tempo decks, and Teferi if you support more graveyard decks
3) I like Eliminate more if you play a decent number of 3cc 'walkers
4) Vivid lands if you play more 3-5 color decks, Jumpstart lands if you play mostly 2-color decks
