I'm thinking of cutting 10 of these and adding the Signets, which would let me keep 4 of the cards I'm currently running. I'm thinking my keeps would be Mox Diamond, Grim Monolith, Coalition Relic, and Gilded Lotus. Should I cut some mana artifacts and add signets? If I do add signets, are those the 4 I should keep? If I add the signets, I want to add all 10, not just certain ones.
TitI > Baral > Will Kenrith, but I'm not close to runnning any of these at 360
Living Death > Liliana (also not running either at 360, though Living Death is close)
Chart a Course > Search > Looter
Scrapheap Scrounger > Bloodghast > Asylum Visitor
Memory Lapse > Daze > Force Spike; we run all three.

I think cutting the mana rocks for Signets is a good idea.
I pretty much agree with your choice of what to keep, although I would rather keep Worn Powerstone instead of Gilded Lotus
Worn powerstone accelerates you to 6 mana on turn 4 without anything else, which is great.
My thinking on gilded lotus is it helps non-green decks cast things like Ugin and Elesh Norn. Thran Dynamo does the same, but I think the colored mana is worth the 1 extra to help cast Elesh Norn on the spalsh, or even help someone bold enough to hardcast Griselbrand.

But sure, if you need a big mana artifact for that role then keep it. The power level on these cards are pretty similar, the only thing that's clear is that Mox Diamond, Grim Monolith and Coalition Relic absolutely can't be cut as they are clearly a cut above the rest.
Thanks all. Going to be adding signets and keeping mox, grim, relic, and powerstone. I'll keep an eye on if the 7cmc+s become less playable and look to solving that if it becomes an issue.
Nahiri is a very narrow card that doesn't have a home in her colors. She played as a UWR card in practice here. Ajani is basically playable in every Boros deck. I'm currently testing the new Aurelia in his place though.
Normal cube, staggershock > Tempt >>>>>>> bonfire (I think bonfire is a trap garbage card TBH)
If you have a RX token package (purphorus, goblin bombardment, lots of white anthems, etc) and it's a deck you're actively trying to support, tempt is one of the most important cards and is better than a random, but good, burn spell. But bonfire is still the worst of the 3.
Surprised by the response because I was thinking Bonfire > Tempt > Staggershock
Bonfire has high variance, but it makes for exciting momentum swings with enough frequency that I'm reluctant to cut this. I think the potential for this to whiff is acceptable given how stupidly good it is when it doesn't (Flame Wave for 4R or better). The floor is generally a one sided volcanic fallout for 4R which isn't completely embarrassing either and obviously the flexibility of X spells means it can be lesser or greater as needed.
Tempt is just dumb with Purphoros and I love that deck. I don't think Tempt is too great outside of that though, but worse than Staggershock? I'm not sure.

Hmm that's a good point. Still think Bonfire is the worst but Staggershock vs. Tempt might be a toss up
Speaking of which, how would you rank the three UR walkers (Ral Zarek, Dack Fayden, and Saheeli) in 400 powered? I’m trying to cut one to reduce planeswalker density in Izzet

In a 400 powered cube there should be only room for Dack Fayden. Ral Zarek is only slightly better than Saheeli Rai IMO
EDIT: Forgot about Saheeli the Gifted! Obviously she is clearly behind Dack but also clearly ahead Ral Zarek.

For me its Dack Fayden >>> Saheeli (the gifted) > Ral Zarek (> Saheeli Rai).
Reflector Mage > Spell Queller > Geist. Reflector Mage and Spell Queller have both been great for me, but Reflector gets the nod for getting a threat off the board and being a more disposable body. I ended up cutting Geist because too many U/W decks didn't want an aggressive body that didn't do anything other than attack.
Ral. Expansion is a narrow effect, and Explosion requires a big investment to do much of anything. Ral will at a minimum shoot a threat and soak some damage, and he often does more than that.
vs.
Ophiomancer
vs.
Spawn of Mayhem

Thanks! Makes me feel good about my current choices
In 360 powered fringe artifact time, which three would you keep / how would you rank these:
Tangle Wire
Thran Dynamo
Smokestack
Mimic Vat
Sword of Body and Mind
Metalworker
Currently Thran Dynamo, Smokestack and Metalworker are the only three I'm playing.
