Sarkhan > Grudge > Huntmaster > Xenagos
But I think it depends heavily on the context of your cube. I think Sarkhan Vol is a little undervalued, but I might be biased because I love both Fires of Yavimaya and Threaten effects. I think the first effect is great with big dudes and the second is better for the smaller aggro decks. Although I think Huntmaster is exceptionally strong, I think he's frequently out-of-theme for what I want my R/G decks to do (In R/G usually want to spend 4 mana on pushing through damage, not withstanding someone else's attack). I put Grudge ahead of Huntmaster simply because I think artifact removal is really important and getting value can otherwise be difficult.
Saheeli > Ral > Bolt > Brudi
Branchwalker > Greenseeker ~ better kavu titan
I feel like you could conceivably play Branchwalker in aggro or control, and the other cards are a little more dedicated to their respective archetypes. If your green list tends one way or another that might affect how highly they should be valued. But, I'm not sure any of these are too desirable in a vacuum.
Gift > Jewel
Jewel is great up to the part where your opponents can get it from you and draw cards. I just don't think it should be played at all.
Blood-Forged Battleaxe (can get out of control quite quickly)
Shuko (yes really, the free equip is so annoying to play against as you can get extra mileage out of it on attack and defense)
Lighting Greaves (cheap haste for subsequent creatures and free shroud for your most important one. Good part of Fires deck. I play it)
Captain's claws (makes tokens)
Basilisk Collar (meh)
Silumgar, but Psychatog does work
Confluence
Night Incarnate, probably
Blackblade requires a pretty heavy legendary creature lean, but is super sweet if you're there. 3 is a lot for an equip even so, and you will get blown out from time to time, but I think it's worth it.
3 - Psychatog > Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow > Dragonlord Silumgar
This is again a preference thing. Psychatog is the most objectively powerful here (I would argue), and from a draft environment perspective, it's better to have your multicolor cards be splashable and splashy finishers like Simulgar, but Yuriko's what me and my group wants to be doing most in cube, so it's my personal pick here. Psychatog is a deck by himself, which is really cool, but if your play group doesn't have nostalgia / doesn't get excited by super spikey things, he's not the best inclusion.
avalanche riders and hero >> hellkite & Verix
Mayor >= Strangleroot >>>>> Wayfinder = Greenseeker
Psychatog > Ashiok >> Far and Away
Warhammer > battleaxe > claws
Captain > Anafenza
some of these are so tight they can be really cube dependent. in the long run its not going to really matter if you run anafenza or captain for example. the difference is so small it just depends what you like more.

Angel > Jailer (Admittedly, I've only ran Jailer for a short time. Angel has been great for us since the cube's inception in 2007.)
Bouncer > Trinket Mage; Gearhulk > Aetherling
Will Kenrith > Vision > Deep Analysis
Liliana, DM > Liliana, HH
Hazoret > Rider > Hero
Ratchet Bomb > Greaves > Cursed Scroll > Disk > Scepter

2. I like Angel more than Jailer. I've had success with it in this format for over a decade now, and it still performs well.
3. Gearhulk ≥ Aetherling >> Mage > Bouncer
4. Will >> Vision ≥ Analysis

2 - Zealous Conscripts vs Glorybringer ? (Dont support kikicombo.dec)
3 - Nissa, Vital Force vs Vivien Reid ?
4 - Josu Vess, Lich Knight vs Bloodseeker ?
5 - Arixmethes, Slumbering Isle vs Simic Sky Swallower ?
1 - I haven't gotten to play with the Amulet, but I'm guessing that's actually higher than Vessel or the new Jewel.
2 - Glorybringer over Conscripts
3 - Reid over Nissa, Vital Force
4 - I assuming this was supposed to be the new Bloodtracker? If so, I'd probably try it out over Josu.
5 - SSS way over Arixmethes
Etali, Primal Storm EDH
Amulet is pretty good, the other two aren't, IMO.
Conscripts if you play the combo, Glorybringer if you don't.
I like Vivien more than that Nissa.
Josu Vess is more fun, but Bloodseeker might be better.
Slumbering Isle looks fun, but I don't know if it's actually any good. SSS is a solid critter.

What are the 5 next equipments (TOP 15)? and What order?
2 - Verix Bladewing vs Rekindling Phoenix vs Avalanche Riders vs Hero of Oxid Ridge? Waht order ?
3 - Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow vs Psychatog vs Dragonlord Silumgar vs Shadowmage Infiltrator vs Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver? What order ? (modify)
4 - Night Incarnate vs Bloodtracker ?
5 - Wretched Confluence vs Vraska's Contempt?
night incarnate, bloodtracker
wretched confluence, contempt
Blood-Forged Battleaxe (can get out of control quite quickly)
Shuko (yes really, the free equip is so annoying to play against as you can get extra mileage out of it on attack and defense)
Lighting Greaves (cheap haste for subsequent creatures and free shroud for your most important one. Good part of Fires deck. I play it)

Basilisk Collar (meh)
Silumgar, but Psychatog does work
Confluence

On spoiled card wishlisting and 'should-have-had'-isms:
The next ten equipment for cube, roughly in order, would be:
Blackblade requires a pretty heavy legendary creature lean, but is super sweet if you're there. 3 is a lot for an equip even so, and you will get blown out from time to time, but I think it's worth it.
As for everything else:
2 - Hero of Oxid Ridge > Avalanche Riders > Rekindling Phoenix > Verix Bladewing
But I think all but the Hero are at about the same level, I think it's really a matter of preference here.
3 - Psychatog vs Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver vs Far // Away ? What order ?
4 - Captain's Claws vs Loxodon Warhammer vs Bloodforged Battle-Axe? What order ?
5 - Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit vs Precinct Captain ?
