I agree with wtwlf123, except I prefer the Relic to the Caravan. Though that could change with testing; I'm not 100% sure how hard ascend is to trigger yet.
I like Caravan much more to relic: it actually fixes your mana and has a much more useful / obtainable upside.

Marauder over the others. But Thassa is really important if your cube supports Blue devotion.

1 - It depends on what you need. If you need a 2-drop, go with Marauder. If you need a 3-drop, any of those 3 can be serviceable depending on what you need.
2 - Scoundrel > Hero
3 - Meh, I don't really like either, but I might test the Phoenix just to see how it does.
I'm seeing a lot of love for Grasping Scoundrel. Is it better than all of the one mana black ETBT 2/1s? What about Carnophage? What's the consensus ranking on black 1-drops now that we have Scoundrel?
T1 - Recursive 1-drops
T2 - 2-power Zombies
T3 - The best remaining ones that aren't T1 or T2. Other than Gnarled Scarhide, Grasping Scoundrel might be the best option (perhaps better, if Humans matter for you). Scoundrel always attacks w/ 2-power, can block if tasked to do so, and doesn't deal any damage to you.
I think I like the Hero better than the Scoundrel. Coming into play tapped is a bummer, but after that he's a 2/1 all the time. This can be relevant for blocking and crewing a vehicle. Also, if you run any kind of real combat tricks, Hero has a clear upside. Very close in power though, so I don't think it makes much difference which one you run.
Are you guys still very fond of Sarcomancy? Sometimes I feel like I'm running it mainly because it powers Gravecrawler. I guess it's cool that you can blink it and sac it to Smokestack?
On a similar topic, how would you guys rank red's two drops? I feel that there are some slam dunks, like Young Pyromancer or Kari Zev, Skyship Raider, but after those everything seems to be about equal, and kinda medium. How many two drops would you run in 360 card cube?

Probe is fine if you support Storm
I wouldn't cube any of those other cards.
