I think the first four spots in Golgari are pretty much set in stone with the three removal spells plus DRS. The fifth spot, though, I feel is very much up in the air for that combo depending on what you're trying to do with that guild in your cube. New Vraska or Meren are both solid includes if you're just looking for a value card for your rock decks. I'm currently running The Gitrog Monster there because I wanted to push a Crucible/Loam archetype after Ramunap Excavator was released. I was also a big fan of Garruk, Apex Predator when I ran it, but I'd probably run new Vraska over him now.
I still love Lotleth Troll, FWIW. Only reason I stopped cubing Troll is because Heir of Falkenrath + Noose Constrictor made it so I don’t have to dedicate a guild slot for a discard outlet.
I like Sinkhole best. It's double black, but it's a strong effect. If your playgroup doesn't detest land destruction, it's a shoe-in. Night's Whisper is a bit underrated, but I don't like it. I would run it in a 540+ pauper/peasant type cube, though. I think Buried Alive is overrated. It's very narrow and only serves one deck and even then it's not great. Obviously, Entomb is better and it does have corner synergy with stuff like Snapcaster Mage, Torrential Gearhulk, etc.
I was looking for Golgari advice recently,so you can see what people said about Vraska, Relic Seeker. Someone did mention Meren of Clan Nel Toth, but the prevailing opinion was that Vraska is better and I agree.

Totally agreed here.
Sinkhole > Whisper > Buried
Vial-Smasher > Grenzo > Angrath (I think)
Vraska > Meren
I like that Behemoth both draws you into more stuff and gives you more mana to cast that stuff with. I don't think there's quite enough support for Titania yet, especially in larger cubes, but I could be wrong.
Avenger > Behemoth >> Greenwarden = Titania (the only reason I put Greenwarden above Titania is that the competition at the 5cc creature slot is so much better than the competition at the 6cc creature slot)
I'd run Psychatog over Ashiok, but those are two of the more controversial cards in the cube community. Some think Ashiok is the best UB card, while others of us have good opinions.
I'd play Knight, then Voice, and then way later, Sigarda. I don't have guild space for big beaters unless they also crush the board like Atarka does. Knight has some sweet synergies with the land package stuff like Loam, Ramunap Excavator, and Crucible, plus all the sweet cube lands. That's especially true in small cubes running full sets of fetches. Voice may be better though.

I used to be really high on Ashiok with even up to last year-ish thinking it was one of the better UB cards, but as time has progressed I've grown to really dislike him. For every game he's able to add a creature, there are plenty of games where she's a mill 6-12 which is horrendous even for 3 mana. It's wildly inconsistent, and if there is a consistent aspect of it it's that it's consistently tough to generate a creature from it. I forget who it was, but someone tried to convince me that Ashiok was better than JtMS, but I don't even think it's better than a lot of tier 2 UB cards any more.
That being said, I still think 'tog is overrated at this point and you could probably run a ton of other UB cards over it. I feel like we have plenty of discard outlets at this point, and the finisher aspect of psychatog is not really great. I would rather just run the good UB cards from the last 5-7 years over both of those.
Ruinous Path > Bone Shredder > Gonti > Zenith (assuming you have other black wraths, if not keep Zenith).
Elder > Rhonas >>>>> Birthing Pod. Birthing pod does not work well in 40 card formats.
Adept >>>>>>>>>>> Infiltrator, Marauder, Plunderer. Unless you have a weird cube, 2/1 blue flyers aren't good so I would run none of them, but I guess Infiltrators marginal upside is slightly less marginal than the others.
Riders > Regent = Phoenix. Only put Riders first because its 3R instead of 2RR but I think Riders is way past its prime.
Some think Ashiok is the best UB card, while others of us have good opinions.
Maybe it wasn't your intent, but this comes off as a little arrogant. I am one of the bad apples it seems as I am firmly in the Ashiok camp . One of the drafters in my group think Ashiok is the best UB card. I think it is more middle of the road, but I still find room for it in the top 6 UB spells.
Ruinous Path => Gonti > Shredder > Zenith
Elder > Pod > Rhonas
Adept > Warsail => Plunderer => Infiltrator
(I have no experience with the 2CMC guys)
Riders = Phoenix > Regent
(I am not sure where I fall on Phoenix vs Riders, but I think both are better than Regent).
I agree with this, but I run Shaman over Decay just so the whole section isn't removal. Where do you rank the new Vraska?
Cheers,

2 - Vial Smasher the Fierce vs Angrath, the Flame-Chained vs Grenzo, Dungeon Warden ? What order ?
3 - Meren of Clan Nel Toth vs Vraska, Relic Seeker ? (I'm suport pod.dec, but I'm not supoort pox.dec)
Vial Smasher the FIerce is way better than the other 2. It's a reasonable inclusion for 360 powered (I don't run it in my 360 unpowered, though). Grenzo, Dungeon Warden is a fine card, but it's not anywhere near the top 5 Rakdos cards. Angrath. the Flame-Chained is even worse.

Grenzo = Vial-Smasher > Angrath (I wish it had a more impactful +1)

Staggershock
Collective Defiance
Thanks!
The 1RR cost was a big problem for both Firecraft and Defiance when I tested them, so I'm going to say Staggershock.

I got a few multicolored ones for you guys to rank:
Psychatog or Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver
Voice of Resurgence, Knight of the Reliquary, Sigarda, Host of Herons
450 Unpowered Cube Cobra
I'd play Knight, then Voice, and then way later, Sigarda. I don't have guild space for big beaters unless they also crush the board like Atarka does. If you support land shenanigans (like with more than just Crucible and Loam), run KotR. Otherwise Voice. Sigarda is good, but she's nothing special.
