Crasher > Ferocidon > Imp
I think Imp has ran it's course for being a solid cube option among current red 3s. Both Crasher and Ferocidon have been impressive in my secondary cube, which also no longer runs Imp. They are both great at pushing through damage for red aggro. I found Imp stranded in my hand or facing creatures bigger than X/2 too many times. In today's age, for that price, I'd expect more options than just a creature only Shock. It also felt out of place as a red creature. It was more of an honorary Izzet or Grixis creature.
Same, instant speed is nice but seeing both of the top two cards is better. I do like opt and would prob run it in a larger cube if I wanted the 5th/6th cantrip, which isn't that crazy IMO to want considering how important they are.
Serum digs deeper but not getting the Scry before the draw kind of sucks, especially if you’re digging for a land. I like Visions more if I have a balanced hand, but Sleight is better when you need a land / specific card now.
They're pretty equal. Hazoret being indestructible and having reach outside of combat gives her an edge but it can be cube dependent depending on how fast you can dump your hand out. Hero has more reliability, so I'd say test Hazoret to see if she's consistent enough for your cube and swap her out if she isn't cutting it for you.
I've been running Hazoret since she came out and my group has really liked her. Don't see myself making the switch to Hero anytime soon.
OR should I cut a creature instead? Sorry for the very wide encompassing question but I don't test my cube very often and OoN is very hard to evaluate. (I have read all the SCD comments, and overall it is positive, so that is why I want to try it)
I'd run it over Beast Within, Primal-hunter, and Birthing Pod. Primal Hunter would likely be my first cut, but Beast Within is a fine cut too. Pod at least is a cool build-around.
Mikaeus, the Lunarch vs. Ajani Goldmane
Flickerwisp vs. Stonecloaker
Monastery Swiftspear vs. Stromkirk Noble
Rishkar, Peema Renegade vs. Curse of Predation
Lodestone Golem vs. Skysoveriegn, Consul Flagship
Ajani > Mikaeus
Flickerwisp >>>>>>>>>>> Stonecloaker
Swiftspear and Noble are fairly even, but I’d give the were to Swiftspear
Rishkar > Curse. Curse is strong but Rishkar is more flexibile.
Golem > Skyship

And yeah, Rout >>> Command.
