Why would Hero of Bladehold be on the chopping block? Man, sometimes if feels like I must be playing a completely different format than a lot of other folks.
Calciderm is an easy cut if you feel the need to play the Angel.
Here of Bladehold is super powerful. Only cut that if you are looking to de-power (i.e. you are running a lower powered rare list). If you are looking to do that though and wish to keep the aggro support slot, Calciderm is better in that role than exalted angel. If your Wx aggro archetype does not need another white 4, keep exalted angel.
Calciderm is the cut. Hero is one of the 20 best cards in white, so unless you want to power down your cube that card should never be near the chopping block.
Also there's no foil version of the Rebecca Guay Memory Lapse artwork. It's my preferred art, but I'm running a 7th foil because the art is passable and it's an old frame foil. I also like it more than the Mark Tedin puzzle head.
I can think of a few ways you could get more Rebecca Guay art into your cube. You could run Rebecca Guay artwork for the following cards you're already running:
I like Awakening Zone more than Imperious Perfect. I found the elf to be a little too vulnerable and despite it being the same speed of Awakening Zone, I also thought it was a little slow.
In the case of Vial Smasher vs Grenzo, I personally think that Smasher is far and away better as a Rakdos card in a vacuum. There are certain decks where Grenzo can shine and really be powerful with the ability to scale and build up your team, but in general, I've been way more impressed with the performance from Vial Smasher in my my Rakdos decks.

Really? I never tested Vial smasher, and can see him having huge upside in a very narrow subset of decks (grixs tempo semi built around him), but overall I'm skeptical.
Grenzo performed excellently for me back when I used to play him and was only cut because my other rakdos cards served more specific roles.
He's a threat at every point in the game , can take over the game if left unchecked and can even play around removal 1v1 removal a bit if you have enough mana. He did require a fair bit of creatures, but in general that wasn't that hard to accomplish.

I believe a big part of it was just my group's lack in interest in Grenzo. People just didn't want to play with him. I personally found the mana sink ability a little too random for my tastes. Spending the mana to sometimes get actual nothing was a bummer. I preferred Olivia, MFW because on the surface a three mana 3/3 flyer provided more reliable damage output in Rakdos aggro deck and the bonus haste on any creatures played afterward was just icing on that already pretty good cake. We swapped Olivia for Vial Smasher in for Olivia to test how much more damage potential he had in comparison. So far I'm not 100% convinced that he's better than Olivia, but I've been relatively happy with him as far as how much damage output he actually provides. He's pretty good in Rakdos aggro decks where you're curving him into a 4-drop like Hellrider or Hero and he's been solid in the Grixis value decks that squeeze damage out of the miscellaneous spells that get cast each turn. In either case, I've enjoyed both of these cards over Grenzo.
I'm considering cutting Calciderm, Exalted Angel or Hero of Bladehold. I also have a Restoration Angel at that cost, but it stays.
so which one goes away?
Calciderm is an easy cut if you feel the need to play the Angel.

Welder >> trash
Abrupt decay > Deathrite shaman
Flesh carver ~= Ophiomancer
Flesh carver > in most decks looking to beat down
Ophiomancer > with skull clamp/stax synergies and in more control oriented decks.

Paladin is actively good. Duelist and Captain are passable. Arrester and Knight are easily cuttable from even the biggest of lists.

The flexibility of the tokens (can be used to ramp) along with not requiring additional investment to produce them makes it a bit better.
