If you are adding a module like that, then I'd assume everyone playing your cube would prefer versatility in slots to hit more potential archetypes. So capsule for sure.
I also don't like Champion, but if it's works in your cube, go for it.
I don't think I'd ever cut Reclamation Sage or Eternal Witness. The first is the best of the disenchants with a body and witness is an insane engine card. The rest you could make arguments for. Courser of Kruphix is probably highest raw power and most are going to include it with witness/sage as uncuttable. It provides overlap with Oracle of Mul Daya, is one of the best aggro hosers you can play T3 (generally requiring a 2 for 1 to deal with and often gaining you life), plus there's some CA with the top of library effect which is neat.
As for the rest. Yasova Dragonclaw was hit and miss for me when I ran it. Swingy and occasionally powerful, but dies to a stiff breeze. Manglehorn is solid if you need more artifact hate. Yavimaya Elder is general good stuff if you need some green CA attached to a body. Boring but great filler. Troll Ascetic for some green aggro support. Hexproof with regenerate can be strong, but troll's stat are only so so and 1G to regenerate is a lot. Call of the Herd I generally want run in my lists because flashback is so great but sometimes can't find space sadly. It always does work though and tends to play better in games than it reads on paper, but the never ending power creep arms race means it's easily replaced these days.
I think the two weakest cards from a raw power standpoint are troll and herd. But I'd be inclinded to cut Yasova for being the promise of something awesome which often doesn't deliver on that promise. I don't like those types of cards much.
Wtwlf and others have always made strong arguments that Exalted Angel should be kept around. I was a cheerleader for it once but it had to go eventually, and I think Gisela is slightly better right now, if not much, much more boring and ugly. Her bolt fragility is slightly matched by Exalted Angel's morph body, so then first strike and one-time 4 mana cost puts it over the top for me. I have no testing experience with the Expertise, but it seems great, but replaceable. When I consider how many times Spectral Procession has saved my ass, 3 servos starts to bum me out, regardless of the free spell.
For me it would be Kalonian Hydra (enough better green five drops) and either Sram's Expertise and Exalted Angel (Angel is a bit better than Expertise but more redundant with Gisela).
Hey, gang! I'm making the move up to 400 from 360, with most of the slots used for boosting archetype draftability and support. If you don't mind, I've got a whopping plateful of picks. Could you please rank these cards from me?
Finally, Do you think a second copy of Wildfire/Burning of Xinye is completely necessary for the archetype in a small cube? With two Armageddons and Upheaval, I feel like the archetype could possibly survive with just one copy.
Elder is a staple, imo. Tracker has been really good at creating card advantage in a color that doesn't normally get that type of card advantage. I have no experience with Rishkar, but I don't think I'd cut Tracker to try it out. It looks like a 630+ quality creature.
My experience with Tireless Tracker is that it's amazing. If you are looking for most powerful, that's the one I'd go with of the 3 you listed. I don't think it's close.
Tracker self-pumps and creates card advantage just doing what you want to do anyway. Rishkar's worst scenario is a Llanowar Elves with Centaur Courser stats. At best he breathes new life into your board state with pump and ramp all in one. Elder can provide a lot of value for 1GG, but the stats leave much to be desired and when you have to pay extra and sacrifice it to get that value it becomes a substantially less good deal. They're all in my 450 right now, but Elder or Yasova Dragonclaw would be next out if another great green 3 drop came along.
1. Skyfisher, still a good beater and enables more, whereas Pouncer is more of a less-punishing agressive two drop option which is fine but prob worse/less cool for the archetype supporting I want from cards.
2. Liliana, and then the other two are kind of comparable with Belcher being better with decent support/when we get there.
3. Duplicate>>>>>>God. You would be surprised at how relevant both the haste and dethrone triggers are. It's truly unfortunate Dack's Duplicate is multicolored as it's super, super strong.

Skyfisher and Liliana. I dislike both Izzet cards, Izzet is a tough guild.
Imprisoned in the Moon, Supreme Will and Censor. Obstructionist might prove better than Censor after appropriate testing.
Agree otherwise, but I would play Kira. If you have flex slots for not-totally-broken blue cards, Kira is nice in tempo decks. Maybe Kira, Censor, Supreme Will (lukewarm on Imprisoned in the Moon).

I don't like Slip or Capsule, but I'd probably run the latter just for the off-chance of artifact interactions.

Yavimaya Elder
Manglehorn
Troll Ascetic
Courser of Kruphix
Yasova Dragonclaw
Reclamation Sage
Eternal Witness
Call of the Herd
Which one should go? (Thanks in advance)

I'm looking for two cuts in green for Manglehorn and Ramunap Excavator. I think one has to be Nissa, Vastwood Seer. After that I'm kinda lost. Considering:
Regal Behemoth
Jungle Lion (but I do support aggro with green as a secondary color)
Kalonian Hydra
I'm open to other ideas.
Also, which one of these should be cut:
Exalted Angel vs Sram's Expertise vs. Gisela, the Broken Blade
Thank you!

To start off, something effective in red:
Hanweir Garrison vs. Flames of the Firebrand (I already have arc lightning)
For black aggro support:
Heir of Falkenrath vs Glint-Sleeve Siphoner vs Relentless Dead
For green aggro support:
Jungle Lion vs Wild Nacatl (in a green slot) vs Pouncing Jaguar
For another green 6-drop:
Greenwarden of Murasa (love it but hate 4 toughness)
Regal Behemoth (survives wildfire, reaches planeswalkers)
Great Oak Guardian (I run splinter twin and I just love flash combat)
Finally, Do you think a second copy of Wildfire/Burning of Xinye is completely necessary for the archetype in a small cube? With two Armageddons and Upheaval, I feel like the archetype could possibly survive with just one copy.
"Lightning" round:
Lightning Helix vs. Ajani Vengeant
Thanks so much everyone!

Heir > Siphoner > Dead, mainly because it's both aggro and graveyard support.
Nacatl >> Lion >>> Jaguar
Guardian (because you play the Twin combo) > Behemoth ≥ Greenwarden
Both Wildfire & Burning, at every size.
Ajani >> Helix.

A few questions of my own now.
1) Adorned Pouncer or Kor Skyfisher?
2) Ammit Eternal or Plague Belcher or Liliana, Heretical Healer
3) The Locust God or Dack's Duplicate
and finally...Pick 3
Nimble Obstructionist
Supreme Will
Kira, Great Glass-Spinner
Censor
Imprisoned in the Moon
2. Liliana > Belcher > Ammit
3. Duplicate > Locust
And I'd pick Will, Kira and Censor from those 5.
Also, follow us on twitter! @TurnOneMagic
Also, based on the last ranking project maybe I just run electrolyze over both the God and Duplicate. Thoughts?
2) Not a fan of any of these, but probably Liliana if I had to run one.
3) Duplicate > Locust
I'd play Obstructionist, Will and Censor from that list.
