Flameshadow Conjuring would be my choice since it should be online a little faster and will be more resilient as an enchantment. I personally think Inspired is a terrible mechanic.
I tried Flameshadow Conjuring and found it a tad too slow. But my list was a bit higher powered than yours and slow red decks don't generally come together. You might find it fits better in your meta (your list looks fun BTW). It certainly wasn't far off in my list. But again it's much better in slower midrange style decks where you can just start chaining value dudes after it comes down. They don't even have to be ETB. Just getting a hasty version of a 5+ drop to swing and do damage is a very strong effect for R. I was very excited when this card was spoiled and if it had cost 2R, it would almost assuredly still be in my list.
Here are cards I identified as cuttable: Baral, Master of Waves, Serum Visions, Deep Analysis, and Treasure Cruise.
I'm trying to support a spells-matter package. I think the cut has to be Master of Waves. Thoughts?

Nissa Worldwaker is in my opinion the best five mana walker. She is a fast and reliable win condition and a super ramp enabler. Voice is much narrower.
Worldwaker is awesome as a threat and as a super ramp enabler. I like casting it off elves and Rofellos and floating 3-4 off my forests, untapping them, and casting something else. If you can install next turn, you can hardcast Emrakul, the Promised End pretty easily.

Fires for sure. I like the ramp of Tinder Wall. Is Dragonlord Atarka too busted? If so, I'd probably play Stonebrow and Shivan Wurm. One other card I think would be sweet for a cube like yours would be Kessig Wolf Run, especially if you're running Stonebrow and Fires.

I'd consider Shivan Wurm. It's huge and survives wildfire. Returning a red/green creature to your hand can be annoying but it also let's you rebuy Reclamation Sages and Eternal Witnesses, so it doesn't have to be a drawback if you build a deck around it.
Another card you didn't mention that I'd consider over Fires (which I never felt was worth a card) and even boar is Burning-Tree Shaman. Sweet art and pretty solid stats (with a damage trigger than pops up more than you'd expect).
Cuts like these are the reason I went up half a size rather than stay at 360.
I don't run any of those red 3s. I love having a wheel effect, but Magus seems slow. Prodder seems generic. Probably Pia Nalaar would be my pick, especially since you seem to support artifacts throughout Grixis colors.
Rishkar seems awesome and I'm excited to add it to my cube, but I wouldn't cut Elder for it. My cut is going to be Duskwatch Recruiter, but then I have a small bias against flip cards. In your cube, maybe Elder is the cut. It is slow, after all. It's hard to watch staples go away, but then it's really excited to have to make hard calls.
So: Pia Nalaar > Magus of the Wheel > Sin Prodder
Rishkar > Yavimaya Elder
EDIT: now I want to fit Pia Nalar in somewhere. Cuts will have to from my 2s. I'm a little heavy there and light on red 3s anyway. Rank: Ire Shaman, Lightning Mauler, Plated Geopede, Stormblood Berserker.

I'm surprised to hear the love for Pia Nalaar. I'm currently running Sin Prodder, and it's been decent. Pia wasn't even on my radar, are many of you cubing Pia?

Both green guys are good, but I can't turn down the 3-for-1 card advantage that is Yavimaya Elder.
Edit: Berserker >> Geopede > Mauler > Shaman
