Sovereign isn't as needed now that the 3cc Thalia is available, but I still like it more than Soltari Champion. I think white needs playable 2s more than 3s right now.
What about cutting Lone Missionary, Steppe Lynx, or even Relic Seeker instead? I feel like those cards are pretty flexible as well. However, I do still think that the 3 drops are quite congested as well so it would probably be best to start from there.
I was worried about cutting two anthems (Ajani Goldmane is getting the ax too), but then I realized that Angel of Invention is an anthem, meaning I was up one anthem anyway. So, I'm cutting the soltari. Thanks for the input.
I looked at your list and don't see much support for aristocrats, so blood artist is the most expendable. The other two seem very different so not sure which is more valuable to your list. I'd say if mono black is a thing, Sinkhole is better. Otherwise, Redcap goes in more stuff and has more utility.
This is my ranking as well. Sinkhole is the most efficient spell-based Strip Mine effect. Redcap is kind of meh these days, I think mono black / red have better options now. Not a big fan of Blood Artist unless you have the sacrifice / Aristocrats package.
Thanks for your replies. It's a weird question because I originally used the hybrid system to classify cards (eg. Rakdos Cackler was placed in the red section and counted as 0.5 of a red card and black card so I needed Murderous Redcap in black to balance out the colors), but I'm going to stray away from it because I'd rather open up a slot in black to run something more useful or powerful. Sinkhole it is!
If you support morph, Survivalist should be run as the second best morph in green. Otherwise it can be skipped. I'd have to be going pretty deep on the flash theme to run most of the cards you list. Off the top of my head I'd rank them like this:
I'd argue survivalist's value is heavily dependent on whether you are powered or unpowered. I ran that in my unpowered rare list and it was utter garbage.

Survivalist costs a billion mana and leaves you with a completely useless attacker. It interacts horribly with blink. Doesn't even have elf synergy.
I played that card in a heavy midrange list with a really pushed +1/+1 counter theme - a meta where it was IDEAL - and it was awful. My 2 cents is you need to be painfully desperate for a disenchant effect to run that card. If you tested it and liked it, cool. But if you haven't played with it and are considering, I strongly advise you to run basically every other disenchant on a stick before this one.
Survivalist is a fine card in cubes that run a traditional saturation of must-kill artifacts and enchantments. It has less to do with powered vs unpowered and more to do with your high-value target saturations. I played it, and it was fine.
Cut one: Imposing Sovereign, Kor Skyfisher, Lone Missionary, or Journey to Nowhere.

I don't think you need Journey to Nowhere at 405.
I disagree. While it isn't premium removal, and it's sorcery speed, Journey to Nowhere hits threats of every size. Journey's ability to exile an Emrakul, The Aeons Torn and indestructible creatures makes it cubeable at all sizes. Even though these are corner cases Journey has synergies with Upheaval, and Venser, Shaper Savant.
I don't exactly want to cut any of these but Lone Missionary would be my cut.
I do not think Yehanni is worth playing at all if there is no combo/aristocrats support. If that archetype is pushed, it might become necessary and can jump to the second place among those four.

Ainok Survivalist also seriously underperformed here, in a powered cube. The only reason to run it is to stretch the morph theme some more. Otherwise, plenty stronger options exist for Naturalize effects in green.

Blood Artist or Sinkhole or Murderous Redcap?

My favorite is Sinkhole, but why are you having to decide between these three?
