Nissa, Worldwaker > Nissa, Vital Force > Garruk, Primal Hunter.
Nissa Worldwaker is #1 since she's a huge ramp / super ramp enabler. There's a lot of disagreement between Vital Force and Primal Hunter. I've been testing Vital Force and actually like it a lot.
Regal Behemoth > Greenwarden of Murasa
If you support super ramp (a deck that wants to hardcast 8+ cmc cards). If you don't the Greenwarden might have a slight edge?
Maelstrom Pulse > Abrupt Decay >>> Putrefy
Killing any (nonland) permanent regardless of type and mana cost is sooooo good. And 3 mana is a perfectly fine price for that ability. I don't like that Decay can't deal with most planeswalkers and bigger creatures. And Putrefy not hitting planeswalkers disqualifies it right from the start.
Voltaic Brawler > Flinthoof Boar
This one is close, but attacking twice with a 4/3 trample is enough value for 2 mana.
Nissa, Worldwaker > Nissa, Vital Force > Garruk, Primal Hunter > Freyalise, Llanowar's Fury
I don't like the triple green on Garruk. I love Worldwaker as a big ramp card for 5 mana. Since I support super ramp, that ranks her above Vital Force. I really wish Freyalise would have a starting loyalty of 4 (with everything else staying the same). Then she would have been a real option. For a non-standard card, she really isn't as pushed as she could have been.
I'm considering cutting the colorless support including painlands from my cube, as I'm now only running 3-4 cards that benefit from it. Which land cycle is best after ABURs, shocks, fetches and manlands? Checks perhaps? Or is 40 dualcolored lands enough at 450 (Running signets too)?
They left out the part where Yawgmoth is resurrected, but has been cleansed as Yawgmoth the Redeemed, and now must awaken Chromium so that Karn can fuse with him and create what can only be known as : the ultimate taco.

Chasm Skulker has always underperformed for me, and is at minimum a lot less exciting than Arcane Savant. I also don't like Wharf Infiltrator, but can understand wanting to test him more.
In white I could see cutting Gisela since you have virtually four 4-drops if you include Gideon/Elspeth and Gisela has been absolutely worse than those. Serra Avenger sticks out way more though, that card has been awful for me in every iteration of cube I've been involved with. I'm not a huge fan of Soltari Champion as well; I like it more than Serra Avenger and I think it's on par with Gisela (Gisela being better in a vacuum, but Soltari adding more token support + carrying equipment (probably) better than Gisela).
Like above, I think Regal is better but neither is good money.

Currently I have:
Deathrite Shaman
Pernicious Deed
Vraska the Unseen
Putrefy
I want to switch out Putrefy for either Maelstrom Pulse or Lotleth Troll. Thoughts?

I love Troll but I retired him now that we have Heir of Falkenrath / Noose Constrictor.

Well Maelstrom Pulse is basically just an upgrade over putrefy, so if you are looking to mix it up a bit, the lol troll is a fun card.
I prefer Abrupt Decay over Maelstrom Pulse, but that's all about preference.
I agree with this post entirely.

Ah, forgot about Abrupt Decay! I think I would rather put Pulse anyway, but it's worth considering.
Also, steve_man great point. I'm still trying to find a spot for Heir.

Haven't playtested, but smashing for 4 twice seems better in theory.

Same here, but it worked when I C&P'd the link.
EDIT: It's cause Tenbin probably reversed the URL/name order, cause the link leads to http://My%20cube!
