I actually just cut Harbinger of the Tides for Aether Adept in my low power cube. The cheaper cost on Adept and not having the tapped clause makes it more appealing to me.
I think you ranked them in the order that I'd rank them. Chromatic Lantern gets a bad rap from a lot of posters here, but my group loves it. It goes into a lot of the decks that we like to draft. I honestly haven't seen Masticore played to success in a long time, so he'll probably be getting the axe with my own KLD update. Ratchet Bomb is better than Powder Keg, but I don't think I'd replace either unless we got a similar effect.
Boros Reckoner > Assemble the Legion >>>> Verteran Motorist
I honestly don't like Motorist at all. Two mana 3/1 Scry 2 is ineresting, I'll admit, but it's in Boros and it has a second ability that's mostly flavor text. To justify the Boros cost in cube, I think that second ability needed to be something more relevant to cube instead of Kaladesh. Give it first strike or haste and then it becomes more appealing. As I stated in his thread, I'd rather have Truefire Paladin if I were playing a Boros 2-drop creature.
@Dan87Khan: If you're still running Geist-Honored Monk, then yes, that's the correct cut for Angel of Invention.
I cut Harbinger because of the cost. I hate CC 2cmc cards and I think the only one I have left in the cube is Rofellos. So I'd cut Harbinger.
Agree with your ranking if the artifacts.
I would keep Boris Reckoner, then Assemble, and not cut for Motorist until we see lots more cubeable vehicles.

Harbinger is definitely worse than Aether Adept, I am also planning to cut it. All the artifacts are cuttable. Boros Reckoner is the best of the bunch, probably followed by the dwarven pilot.
The cost of Harbinger of the Tides could be an upside in conjunction with Thassa and Master of Waves. Now that I've cut my blue devotion cards, it is mostly a liability. I just wanted to make sure if the general consensus preferred Aether Adept, a similar card with a double blue cost.
It seems that Ratchet Bomb and Powder Keg are mostly pure sideboard cards nowadays. It is rare that I see them get maindecked. They are mostly sided in against aggro and token decks. Masticore has become more and more cuttable over the years though.
Next question: Recently traded for an Ugin, the Spirit Dragon. My instinct is that one 6+ mana colorless walker is enough at 450 cards and I should cut Karn Liberated. Agree/Disagree?
You support big ramp, it looks like, with Nissa, Worldwaker, Channel, lots of green ramp spells, Eureka, Show and Tell, lots of artifact acceleration, etc. So I'd throw them both in at 450, but then I like playing big ramp decks. I'd cut Masticore from your list.

That target number varies from cube to cube, and there's no perfect formula that applies properly to multiple lists, because there are a ton of factors involved.
Acrobatic Maneuver, Shelter or Dawn Charm in a "normal" powered 720 cube?
(The slot is reserved for a "spells matter" card, but it should boost other archetypes aswell).
I'd be adding Bolas to have a Grixis card in cube. I've got all the other tricolors represented. I'm double on Abzan now and it kinda bothers me. If I had Bolas, I'd feel better about living without Karn.
If you wanted to run all ten Signets for some reason, would it be better to run the whole cycle or would you swap the allied color pairs out for Talismen? On the same note, would it be better to only run the control aligned (re: Blue) Signets/Talismen and replace the rest with other 2-drop mana rock options?
I prefer talismans, because you are not forced to use mana in chunks of two. I would run talismans where possible.
With enough signets/talismans, it is often almost as easy to splash the fourth or even fifth color as it is to splash the third. I prefer the 4/5-color good-stuff decks to require some effort regarding the mana base rather than it coming together incidentally. Therefore, I prioritize non-signet/talisman mana rocks and fill up with signets/talismans as needed. Coldsteel Heart, Everflowing Chalice, Guardian Idol, Mind Stone and Prismatic Lens are all reasonable choices. Fellwar Stone, Star Compass and Sphere of the Suns are not as good as signets but still have the "problem" of incidental color fixing, so I choose not to run them. Thought Vessel and Fractured Powerstone virtually or actually don't do anything other than tapping for 1; they are options if you want to further reduce the color fixing available on mana rocks.
Re: Bomb, Keg, and Explosives - I currently run all three at 540 as cheap answers to token decks and I don't feel like it's too much. At the same time, all three are probably not necessary and Keg would be the obvious choice to cut. If your choice is Keg v. Ugin I'd 100% play Ugin, especially if you are running Bomb and Explosives. Ugin is insanely strong and way more fun to play.
I've been enjoying all 3 for a while now, but Keg gained some value with the additional manlands that came into the cube. It's a great answer to them, and control can struggle against those cards. With the powerlevel of tokens ever-increasing and the threat of manlands looming, I'm happy to play all of those colorless CMC-based sweepers.
The Peasant subforum has a This or That, and they'll probably have more firsthand experience with these cards in a cube environment, but here are my favorites out of those:
Aerial Responder vs. Emancipation Angel or Attended Knight?
Aerial Responder (I'm pretty sure, but the card's new so that's just theorycraft right now)
Cloudblazer vs. Glassdust Hulk?
Theorycrafting or not Cloudblazer's the clear choice. Glassdust Hulk seems too narrow for a gold card.
Dhund Operative vs. Wight of Precinct Six?
Wight of Precinct Six - it's the black Tarmogoyf in Peasant, Dhund Operative seems too narrow. If you want a 2-drop with deathtouch I'd go with Thrill-Kill Assassin
Nature's Way vs. Explore or Fertile Ground?
I'm assuming you mean Nature's Lore vs. the rest? If so, I'd say Fertile Ground's the best of those three because it reliably ramps and fixes, but I like Rampant Growth/Farseek better than any of them.
Restoration Gearsmith vs. Maw of the Obzedat
This one's a bit of a tossup. Maw has a higher ceiling and is the more exciting card for the right deck, but Gearsmith is guaranteed value for any deck in both colors and it is efficient. Because it's less narrow, I'd go with Gearsmith.

1 - I assume you're looking for 1 cut? If so I like keeping the knight and cutting the angel. If you are keeping one of the three of those, responder seems like the best
2 - Cloudblazer, not close
3 - Wight, unless you are really pushing an artifact deck, as wight fits into exactly what black wants to be doing
4 - Again, you are wondering which one to cut between explore or fertile ground? Cut fertile ground unless you have a ton of untap shenanigans. If you need to keep one of the three, still keep Explore unless you green really, really needs the removal.
5 - Gearsmith. 3/3 Gravedigger with occasional upside seems great to me in peasant.

Guess I keep Reckoner for now.
...
From those red 1-drops, I would cut Reckless Waif first. Then Goblin Glory Chaser.
Uril, the Miststalker RGW -- Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre C -- Vhati il-Dal BG -- Jor Kadeen, the Prevailer RW -- Animar, Soul of Elements URG
Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker R -- Maga, Traitor to Mortals B -- Ghave, Guru of Spores BGW -- Sliver Hivelord WUBRG

At 450 cards, are Ratchet Bomb, Powder Keg, and Engineered Explosives all necessary? I was thinking of cutting the Keg for Ugin.
