I'd run both at any size too, but I like Maelstrom Pulse more as it's more universal and falls into more decks. There aren't many decks that can't play a pulse if the mana permits it, but there are enough that don't want a Deed.
Cutting Garruk and Meren for both seems like a good idea, but I have a soft spot for Garruk as I like casting big stupid things.
Garruk, Apex Predator took the spot of Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker. This means I don't count the Garruk as a Golgari card.
At 7 mana you can play it in any B/x or G/x deck, although he is very likely to go in a G/x ramp deck.
That said, he may be cut at some point anyways. Some cards go out and in again later and vica versa ;-)
Thanks for the feedback.
Looking at the other topic about ramp spells in green I notice I don't have Nature's Lore. Should I be running it? I have 2 possible cuts for it: Heart Warden or Yavimaya Elder. Or should I find another cut? I get why both cards are solid but 1GG on the Elder scares ppl like hell and they think its abilities are irrelevant by the time it hits the board. Opinions?

I'd play it over Heart Warden if you have a full suite of Duals/Shocks, but Yavimaya Elder is a complete monster and shouldn't be near the chopping block.
I'd go with Teferi, Temporal Archmage. We've had pretty good experience with him. His untap ability fits nicely into the decks you would include a six mana planeswalker in. He lets you cast spells, then untap and hold up mana for counters on your opponents turn. He helps you ramp out a finisher. And I once saw him combo with a Koth emblem to do all the damage in the world, which was pretty cool.
I'd give Tireless Tracker a try. It's splashable, it draws cards, and it grows. It's hard to ask for more in a 3-drop. Nissa, Vastwood Seer is also a great value creature/planeswalker that you're not running right now. I'm also a fan of Call of the Herd.

Here are the two comments I had for which I'm not sure what to do with:
1) One suggested replacing Lone Missionary with something else as it's redundant with Nearheath Pilgrim. I have switched it temporarily to Seeker of the Way but are there other good options I'm overlooking?
2) Another comment was that it was hard to get enough colorless sources to reliably cast/activate the BFZ/OGW eldrazis. Drafter issue or cube issue?
I would replace Nearhearth Pilgrim with Lone Missionary. Near hearth Pilgrim sometimes dies before you can gain any life with him, which is *****ty and kind of the opposite of what you want when playing that type of creature. Not only does Missionary guarantee you that life, but is pretty great with any of the blink mechanics that are available. I don't know who is suggesting Nearhearth Pilgrim over Lone Missionary or really any card, as there are much better options out there.
I'd say they are both redundant considering you are already running Soulfire Grandmaster, which is about on par with those other ones, even in a mono-white deck.
I actually like Lone Missionary more than Soulfire, as I find it's easier to place Missionary in blink/recursion decks than it is to efficiently abuse the second ability of grandmaster. I also like Missionary more than most others, so there is a definite bias, but gaining the 4 life right away is often as good if not better than lifelink in general for the purpose of the card i.e. a creature that can operate in both aggressive builds and against them.
Pretty easy Master. It's such a unique card and lives through quite a bit, and while Assassin is OK it took too long/too much for the effect. Sometimes giving your opponents cards sucks, but more often than not having a 5/5 flier for 1BB is better.
I would consider Grandmaster as a Jeskai card instead of a white card but as a mono white card a 2/2 with lifelink is probably as good as Pilgrim if not worse.
Master > Assassin
I think Master is more unique and hits harder. Also, as long as people still run Dark Ritual this is the scariest thing to see on turn one from a mono black deck, imo.
Nissa, Vastwood Seer and Tireless Tracker are my two green three drops that I run that are not on your list.
I'd echo pretty much every above re green three drops (add in Tracker/Nissa), Lone Missionary (it's better than Pilgrim), and black three drops (Master > Assassin). As to the colorless sources to cast the Eldrazi cards, I don't think your cube looks to be that light on colorless options. You might could try making some changes in green to add in a couple more mana search cards to grab Wastes with, but other than that I think it looks ok. That might have just been a drafter issue.
That's a rough cut, but gun to my head I'd keep the manland because it will fit in any deck that wants both colors while as good as Kiora is she does take a spell slot and both colors have a lot of solid competition in that CMC slot.

He's not the be-all-end-all by any means and would completely understand not running him, but he's been fun when he hits the table.
