1. Rift >= Cloudskate
2. I wouldn't play any of them in the average cube. Imp > Race (I guess?)
3. Scatter > Dissolve
4. I have found Standstill to be plenty good in the average blue deck - especially for tempo or as splash in aggro. Standstill > Research
5. Tracker > Troll
1. Hanweir > Precinct. I don't think the Monk is comparable in this slot as it will compete with other 4-6 drops.
2. Thunderbreak >= Stormbreath > Castigator.
Knight of the Reliquary is one of my pet cards though which may color my evaluation . I think it is an important piece if you support Loam strategies, but if you don't it is cuttable.
Vastwood Seer is cheaper, can slot into more decks, generates card advantage via recursion, and is exactly what you want in the late game for the midrange vs control matchup.
Frost Titan>>>Keiga, the Tide Star>>Sphinx of Jwar Isle> Prognostic Sphinx>Sphinx of Uthuun>=Stormtide Leviathan>Sphinx of Lost Truths
I wouldn't play any past Keiga, though Sphinx of Jwar Isle is fine and wouldn't feel massively outclassed/out of place in a medium-to-large sized cube.
2 - Convene the Race vs Putrid Imp ?
3 - Scatter to the Winds vs Dissolve ?
4 - Compulsive Research vs Standstill ?
5 - Troll Ascetic vs Tireless Tracker ?
Imp, not close. Convene is only better if you're trying to support aggro madness or something.
Scatter seems far better, though I haven't played with Dissolve.
Research, not especially close. Standstill is too conditional on board sate.
Troll and Tracker are pretty different cards. I'd be inclined to say Ascetic is going to be the better third turn drop much more often.

2 - Goldnight Castigator vs Stormbreath Dragon vs Thunderbreak Regent ? What order ?
Precinct Captain > Geist-Honored Monk > Hanweir Militia Captain
Stormbreath Dragon > Thunderbreak Regent = Goldnight Castigator
Of those cards I would not play Militia Captain, Thunderbreak Regent, or Castigator in my 720 unpowered Cube.
2. Thunderbreak >= Stormbreath > Castigator.
For the post above me If i have to pick its chromatic latern but I would like to play both, really nothing else to cut?

My
540> 360 Powered CubeChecklands vs fastlands.
Turn one fetch and shock, to set up check lands, but then the rest of the land drops go fairly smoothly.
Pay 3 on turn one almost every game to use checklands or risk having that clutch turn 4 or 5 land come in tapped with fast lands.
This is the Cube forum bud. Might want to look at some of the Modern forums.

I run both at 540 but if I had to pick one it'd probably be Ingot Chewer.
2 - Lambholt Pacifist / Lambholt Butcher vs Boon Satyr ?
Satyr >>>>>> Pacifist. That card's hot hot garbage.

Rank some or all of the above mediocre blue fatties.
Also I like Tracker, although I haven't tried it.

2 - For reanime/GY interactions: Buried Alive vs Call the Bloodline ?
3 - Broken Concentration vs Scatter to the Winds ?
4 - Pain Seer vs Pale Rider of Trostad ? (edited)
2 - Buried Alive. Paying a card and a mana for a 1/1 life linker only ONCE a turn seems really really really bad.
3 - Scatter to the Winds. The alt-cost of Scatter seems better/more impactful.
