Initially, I had no interest in it at all, but I'm warming up to the idea of Managorger Hydra. I don't support green aggro, so I don't run the others, but If I did, I would probably rank them Vinelasher Kudzu > Managorger Hydra > Scythe Leopard. Maybe Leopard should be ranked higher since green is really hurting for aggro one drops, but I am just not a fan of it at all.
@rant
I think Hydra will be fine for mid-sized cubes. It can get out of hand very quickly and gives green a potential fatty at 3cmc, where they would normally only come down at 4+. The trample is huge as well. I haven't had a chance to actually try it out yet, so this is all just conjecture, but I'm optimistic.
I've seen the Managorger Hydra in a MTGO Legacy Cube game run by a and it was really impressive. Player who had it was running it in a UG ramp-midrange shell with dorks, counter spells, draw spells and some planeswalkers.
I'm not saying that the creature is actually good enough for small powered cube or so, mainly because Legacy Cube meta is way slower than average so it's hard to compare, but it seemed very strong when I faced it. It for sure can growth faster than I initially thought. However, I was having a really noninteractive combo deck that reanimate stuff like Griselbrand, Abhorrent Overlord and Rune-Scarred Demon while opponent was having a Chameleon Colossus on the board with tons of mana, so the hydra was the least of my worries in that game. But even considering that, it still seemed very impressive because I had to respect it because of its board impact, more than a 3-drop would normally force me to. Was kind of a must kill low curve creature. Just like Nissa is. First impression was meh ; now I think it's decent. Not great, not bad, definitly not bad...
So I have Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas in my Unpowered 540 cube but I am starting to feel like he is a tad out of place. Whenever artifacts gets drafted it's usually U/R. Does this guy really have to be around to support the deck if I don't have power or should I swap him out for something more universally playable?

I've had mixed results myself, We also end up U/R with the artifact deck these days so Tezz is commonly a splash. That said he is very good in the deck and worth the splash in my opinion. I guess being unpowered would hurt him but I'm assuming you'll be running the signets at 540 unpowered?
What would you replace him with? I'm just moving to 540 myself and will be running, Tezz, Baleful Strix, Psychatog, Shadowmage Infiltrator and testing Havengul Lich.
I actually don't run signets at all in my 540 unpowered and I've not felt a huge need to add any of them. As for what i'd include over Tezz I have yet to get that far into it and am unsure what i'd consider as options just yet. The rest of my section is Baleful Strix, Psychatog, Dragonlord Silumgar and Ashiok at the moment though.

Tengu Drum: Shadowmage Infiltrator is one of my favourite cards, he just always seems to draw me a load of cards. Do you have your cube list online anywhere?
Steve_Man: Yeah, I know the Dragonlord is probably what I should be running over the Lich. I'll probably be making that swap when I next poke the list.
I've only just added T&N to my list, was going to make room for Oath but forgot it at the time.
How would you rank the following land sets and at what size would you play them? (I know it may vary between aggro combinations and control/blue color pairs, but I would like to know you're avoerall feeling):
I just recently acquired some Dragonlords, and I'm looking to make room for them in my multi-colored sections.
- For Dragonlord Ojutai, do I cut Venser, the Sojourner or Sphinx's Revelation?
- For Dragonlord Silumgar, do I cut Forbidden Alchemy or Far // Away?
- For Dragonlord Atarka, do I cut Huntmaster of the Fells or Burning-Tree Emissary?
- For Dragonlord Dromoka, do I cut Voice of Resurgence or Knight of the Reliquary?
- BONUS: looking to add Rakdos's Return (thanks to all those CFB videos of Reid Duke crushing people with it lately), do I cut Falkenrath Aristocrat or Murderous Redcap?
Thanks for all your help!

Far // Away has a lot more value attached to it than Alchemy IMO, plus can be used cheaply in a pinch.
I don't much like Emissary myself at all.
Knight of the Reliquary is much more important than Voice of Resurgence.
I'm always sad to see Aristocrat get cut, but Redcap is just too good.

Cut Venser unless you support the blink deck.
Cut Alchemy and Emissary
I wouldn't play the Dragon over those two cards but if I had to pick one I'd cut the knight, voice goes into more decks.
I wouldn't run Return over those 2 cards, gun to head I'd say pull the trigger.
