I don't think this is any good for Medium-sized Cubes.
It's definitely not a blue Plow Under, since unlike Plow Under, the creatures will often be relevant draws again, and if they're not, the opponent can just put them on the bottom.
Being attacked with several creatures doesn't happen all that often (tokens don't really count). If you use this to bounce two actual cardboard creatures, it's good but not great. Three or more and it's amazing. But if the opponent plays around this (and I assume people will once they get used to it), it's terrible. No one plays Griptide in Cube, and this is much worse when it's a known quantity.
If I wanted this kind of effect I think I would look to Aetherize first. The 5 mana really hurts this. Don't get me wrong, it could feel blow-outish, but holding up 5 mana is not cool. I could be casting a mind conrol type effects, or really anything.
Yeah, 5 is too much for this situational of an effect in cube, which is too bad because it's a really cool idea. If it cost 4 it would definitely be considerable I think, or if it cost 3 and it was "choose up to 3 attacking creatures" or something, but both of those would probably be too powerful to print.
I think the huge difference between this and something like Aetherize is that it generates card advantage as well as tempo advantage. In a lot of ways it's akin to "Destroy all attacking creatures" with the downside that your opponent can guarantee they will draw creatures on the following turns if they want.
The most interesting part is that it's in blue. Blue doesn't often get it's own ways to deal with an attacking horde. It usually has to dip into other colors. If this card is good enough, it's because it's in the color that wants this effect most.

You're the dude who just lies a lot and makes people hate you and then magically becomes town later, right?
But if your blue deck has access to native mass removal, it can better utilize colors like green and red that are weak in it. I'm not saying this card is good, just that I would like to see a good version of it printed.

For each attacking creature, its owner chooses to put it on the top or bottom of his or her deck.
