I find Exalted Angel helps support the WR Wildfire deck because of her five toughness. I'm going to keep her even though I'm cutting all the other morph cards. I keep your list as is but exchange Sun Titan back in for Soul of Theros.
Archangel of Thune has been awesome for us at 540. I love Sublime Archangel but I'd run Thune over her as well. From the "already running" list I would cut Soul of Theros.
I seem to be in the minority here, but my choice would be Shadowmage Infiltrator here. Psychatog is, of course, very good, but lately it hasn't been as impressive as it once was. Finkel, on the other hand, has never let me down.
I was looking for something to help control out - but nothing narrow. It'd be good to find something that would also fit tempo, and supporting reanimator never hurt (I recently took out Thirst so I could use another discard outlet for Dimir). How has 'Tog been for your more controlish builds?
Nightveil looks pretty intriguing -- it can steal lands...

Same. 'Tog is fine but you really need to build a deck around it to get the most out of it, IMO. Finkel, on the other hand, can go in a wider variety of decks and do well.
@Hardbody: Tog is good in U/B control. It's a finisher and a guy that can profitably block (or trade) with a ton of ground creatures. When you're playing U/B, a lot of stuff goes to your graveyard to fuel him. He's by nature unpredictably threatening to your opponent too -- your opponent will make tons of errors against you by either not attacking into Tog OR attacking into him OR not accounting for an EOT FOF into lethal Tog damage. Playing against Tog is really difficult.
@Dr. Tom: None of this stuff is deck specific, most dimir decks I've seen built in almost any cube can take advantage of Tog really easily.
I prefer Tog, as players will go into U/b for tog, while I have not seen anyone go into U/b for finkel. He's more of a "cool this fits well in my existing U/b deck" kind of card.
Guys I have a 540 powered cube and can't decide between fire/ice and izzet charm
Fire//Ice is slightly better because you're more likely to get card advantage out of it. However, since its main more will almost always be the Fire mode, you can cheat and consider it a Red card. Izzet Charm is a little more versatile, but its modes are two even CA modes and a -1 CA mode.

Between those two, I would run Izzet Charm, counter and burn options on the same card is very powerful, even if it is a limited counter.
I'm having a similar problem, though. I can't decide between Izzet Charm and Electrolyze. I'm currently running Dack Fayden, Electrolyze, and Keranos, God of Storms, but I traded the Electrolyze as part of a trade for a more pimp version and had Izzet Charm fill in for it while it was away and I saw how good it can be. Now I'm not sure which to choose, but I'm giving the slight nod to Electrolyze for always replacing itself.
1) Fire // Ice - you don't have to be in Izzet to play it. It's a nice burn spell in R/X and a nice tapping spell in U/X.
2) Electrolyze - I don't think it's as good as Fire // Ice because you have to be in both Izzet colors to use it, but it's still really good.
3) Izzet Charm - It does three things and they're all fine, but none of them are great. I think that makes this a cut or two below the first two cards.
Among the other cards, I think Prophetic Bolt is better than Steam Augury by a healthy margin. I haven't tested Keranos but he doesn't seem worth a spot.
Maybe not, but Keranos looks so much more fun than running a second copy of a value izzet spell. And an early Keranos would also give me a good incentive to move into UR where Izzet Charm/Electrolyze I would only pick up after being dedicated to it.

Ral Zarek and Dack Fayden aren't enough to put you into Izzet ? I think Izzet has one of the easiest times picking up cards that make you want to go that color combo.
I was replying to calibretto, comparing Keranos to Izzet Charm and Electrolyze, not those. By value spell I just meant cards like Izzet Charm, Electrolyze, or Fire//Ice which are definitely good, but don't really do anything unique unlike Keranos (or Dack, or Ral).
I don't like Dack's Duplicate, though. It's really powerful, but boring. I'd rather use one of the limited slots on something more interesting, and running too many clones kind of takes away from the wow factor of playing an awesome bomb creature when they just get cloned every time.

I'd much rather see a Shadowmage Infiltrator. Psychatog is just so threatening in so many ways, and he helps reanimator if you support that.

tied #3) Dack's Duplicate or Izzet Charm
tied #5) Electrolyze or Fire // Ice
7) Steam Augury
8) Prophetic Bolt
I haven't tested Keranos, so I don't know where he'd fit in that.
