Cube Draft #1: I do a cube draft on cockatrice. Unfortunately the matches didn't come through, but I went 2-1, beating mono black and bant while losing to BW braids. Video not for people who get dizzy easily; for the next one I'll try to stay in one spot with the scroll bar more often.
UW TaxTitans: I write about a deck I drafted in a 3 person winston.
The tax rack combo hit home for me. I remember playing a deck with 4 fetch lands, gargadon, life from the loam and both library and scroll rack. It was absurd how much digging you could do. You immediately had access to all your burn spells when you wanted to kill someone.

It really is nuts. Scroll Rack is one of those cards that's way better when you can provide the support with cards such as those you listed, but when you do it turns your pile of cards from a deck into a streamlined series of cards where you can pull your answers and bombs out with ease.
I personally like Chromatic Lantern here. It puts me in as many colors as I want, ramps up, and keeps me wide open, which are things I'm looking to do when I cube. I think Siege Gang is fine but it might wheel depending on how many players are drafting and there's a good chance I'll get other finishers as well.
I had a look at your list and I can see why you'd pick the lantern. Ramp and multicolour seem well supported, and I like taking a less committing card in a mediocre pack.
Funnily enough, whenever I open a pack like this the drafter to my left seems to open two pieces of power more often than usual. It's like getting my first pick second.

Windswept Heath and it's not that close for me. When in doubt, take a land, especially if it's a fetch or fetchable, and everything else here plays a role that is easier to fill.
If you're trying to go 5 color, heath or lantern are probably the better choice. Celestial is certainly good, but the lantern and the heath will allow you to play more colors, since heath can grab a variety of duals and lantern is lantern.
I'd go with Colonnade. Man lands rock, and ones that fix your mana rock even more. I like the fact that I can have something that fixes my mana and acts as a rather strong finisher. Yes, the Heath can potentially fix for more colours, but the Colonnade can attack for a decent amount of damage with evasion, not only that but this pack has weak white in it so I can grab some good stuff in pack 2, and the blue isn't amazing either... Oh and did I mention both Blue and White are pretty strong colours?
Is that the deck you made when I last drafted with you? You were moaning about how terrible your deck was going to be and then beat every other deck there. No one is ever falling for that again!

Yeah it's that one. I was pretty fortunate on my draws with mana, and getting Stoneforge pretty much every game is nice too. I'm just going to draft one deck during the draft and completely disregard it in deckbuilding every time now.
Probably Fauna Shaman, Greater Gargadon or Psychatog. If I knew my playgroup well enough to anticipate wheeling the Living Death, the choice would be Shaman or 'Tog. Otherwise, I'd probably snag the Gargadon.

I've started drafts with elves and heath before but those were in different times. I'm curious about that colonnade actually.
