Spoiler season discussion for unreleased products have been moved to the New Card Discussion. A certain period after the product is released, all of the discussion is moved back into the Cards & Archetype Discussion.
How long do you think we should wait before doing this? The current standard is 1 week but several people have voiced their dislike of this. Weigh in!
I agree with kingneb that moving the threads when the new spoilers start would be the ideal time. I worry that this might put undue pressure on the mods, though, so one month seems fine.

So there are two main arguments being put forth it seems:
1) keep the subforum around longer so people can easily search and discuss the new cards
2) fold the threads into the subforum sooner to keep the forum clean looking and also prevent duplicate threads being opened
The poll has ended, but the difference between the two most popular opinions (15 votes for 1 week vs. 14 votes for 1 month) means that it is a very close call. I will be contacting the members who voted for 2 weeks to gather their choices between these final two options, and will release the results in a few days time. In the event of a 16-16 tie, the Cube Mod Team will decide how to proceed.
When I see Healing Salve, I'm often like "Oh girl, I wish I could turn every card into this." Thanks they removed the gain life part, otherwise this would have been broken.

I voted other and said that I'd like it to be longer than a month (whenever new spoilers come out is what I posted above), so the 15-14 thing isn't really applicable if the other "other" voter also wanted the time to be longer.
That'd make it 15-16 in favor of a month or longer.
I don't like the new subforum either. It adds needless hassle when trying to read cuber's opinions on the new cards. Why make me click an extra time?

As an update, out of the four people that I have contacted, Bullywug_King and CadaverousBl00m have voted 1 week and Magic-Jiffen has voted for 1-month. With Goodking and Blimpy's votes added to this, we are at 18-16. We are waiting for 2 more votes.
Internal discussion is still occuring as to what happens in the event of a tie.
After receiving kojiro's vote for 1 week, 1 week is our definitive choice at 19-16 with one vote waiting. As such, no changes will be made to the schedule.
