This is (hopefully) the last of the threads I'll have to create for this project lol. This thread will be used for each round of voting and will be linked in the Home Page.
How It Works
Each person will vote for a number of cards equal to the number of slots we are trying to fill using the submissions on our very own Card Submission Thread . During the design phase, each person will be alotted design slots in their post equal to the number of slots we are trying to fill. For example: We are designing for White Noncreatures 1-3cc, in which the 1cc slot has 4 slots and 2cc has 4 slots and 3cc has 4 slots. If i wanted to design something for it, my post setup would look like the following:

I would be able to submit up to the max number of slots we were trying to fill for each cc. Limiting the number of submissions each person has focuses the voting trends of individuals and gives us less sporadic results. Then after the submission phase was over, the voting phase would start and everyone would look through everyone's designs and pick their favorites using the numbering system we already have from the PRE.
Once the deadline passes for voting, we will add up all the points and post the winners on the Home Page. These cards won't be touched until we finish all the sections and begin the revision process since we'll have a better understanding of the final sets power level.
Remember, this thread is for voting only. We would appreciate it if everyone discussed voting trends in the Discussion Thread.
Breakdown
Figured we could borrow Pringles breakdown but tweak down to the 50 we all decided on. Something like this:

I apologize for being dumbashell. I'll fix it right now.
@ Killem2: Please only vote for the number of slots we are trying to fill. In this case it would be 5->1 for 3cc, 4->1 for 4cc, and 5->1 for 5cc+. This will make it easier for those who are trying to tally up the votes.
Anytime someone says Nathed I think of making them discard a card at random and putting a 1/1 elf counter in play. Another sign that I need a break from magic!
It should. What we have been doing is giving a list of candidates that is double the amount that we actually want in the cube. Example: If there are 12 to vote on, pick 6. etc. We want there to be enough options to vote on but you're right it should be clearer.
