I'm not really the best cube expert, but I would really like to start a thread where people share combos that worked well in their cube and everyone else can give suggestions (i.e. this card also works with splinter twin etc). If this thread already exists, please message me (and I will take it down).
In order for the combo to be considered:
1) The combo should (preferably) include cards that can be used in other decks. E.g. Strip Mine and Life from the Loam are fine cards by themselves but are amazing together
2) Combo can be built (and drafted) in a cube and are competitive against other decks
3) The cards should have replaceable effects. illusion of grandeur and Donate is nice, but without similar effects, its hard to draft an entire deck out of 2 cards
Similarly, use cards like Fastbond to accelerate the lands and can use spells like Nether Void to hurt their opponent as they don't need to cast too many spells themselves in the later game
**NOTE: If anyone knows another card like Life from the Loam or Crucible of Worlds, please write it in the comments so I could add it to this list.
Not really a deck seen too much in cubes, but its a deck I personally enjoy drafting and the majority of the cards in this deck already exist in the cube by themselves
In this deck, try to combo and put a big creature into play, but generally has a backup plan of including a lot of ramp cards to allow the player to hard cast the creatures
7) Black Infect:
unlike the modern infect list, Mono black infect deploys midrange infect creatures like Phyrexian vatmother or Phyrexian Crusader or Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon with the enemy color swords to pump the creatures and black hand disruption and removal to clear the way.
(This deck may be a bit less consistent as there are only 5-6 midrange cards that can really fit into this category but its a deck i really enjoy drafting and playing)
I'm actively maintaining a comprehensive article to help explain to new cube players how some complex vintage level cards work in a cube environment. Vintage Cube Cards Explained
I did, but I personally would like to establish a primer like forum where players could easily come to one location (kinda like the modern primers etc) and take ideas.

MTG Cube has put out a "Definitive Guide to Combo Decks in Cube" describing and evaluating a whopping 59 different combos that could be supported in different kinds of cubes. It's definitely worth a look for any cube manager who's looking to go a bit deeper on combo.

1) Splinter Twin Combo:
Similar to the Modern Splinter Twin deck, players will make infinite number of tokens
Pestermite, deceiver exarch, Bounding Krasis, Restoration Angel(only with Kiki), Zealous Conscripts (I hate Village Bell-ringer)
with kiki-jiki, mirror breaker and Splinter Twin
Generally plays as a tempo-control deck. Less Reliant on the combo, but having the combo gives this deck eventuality.
2) Land Lock:
Repeatedly destroy your opponent's lands
Strip Mine, Wasteland, Tectonic edge with recurring engines like Life from the Loam,Crucible of Worlds
2a) Lands Deck:
In addition to life from the Loam or Crucible of Worlds, Thespian's Stage, Dark Depths combo and use engines like Realms Uncharted, Gifts Ungiven, Crop Rotation, Scapeshift, courser of kruphix or primeval titan to assemble the combo.
Use cards like, terminal Moraine, Creeping Tar pit to grab value or kill your opponent.
Similarly, use cards like Fastbond to accelerate the lands and can use spells like Nether Void to hurt their opponent as they don't need to cast too many spells themselves in the later game

3) Cheat into play deck:
Natural Order, Show and Tell, Flash, Defense of the heart
In this deck, try to combo and put a big creature into play, but generally has a backup plan of including a lot of ramp cards to allow the player to hard cast the creatures
4) Artifacts (With Myrs and ramp etc):
Tolarian Academy, Tinker, Tempered Steel
I have the Myrs and Thopter Spy Network and other artifact cards in the cube. Lets add Tempered Steel to all those tokens.
5) Birthing Pod/ Chord of Calling:
Birthing Pod, Green Sun's Zenith and Chord of Calling to assemble value creatures (maybe Melira combo) to out value your opponent and use replay effects to increase the value of the comes into play creatures with cards like Roon of the Hidden Realm or crystal shard
6) Tokens:
Add Intangible Virtue to this list along with some other anthems like Hero of Bladehold
