I did one of these threads awhile ago and it seemed like people enjoyed it. I drafted this deck on cubetutor and it seems like there are a lot of different directions to go with it. How aggressive of a build would you start with? Would you look for blink shenanigans with your token makers or just try to go hard on control? What cards make your final 23ish? I'd try to keep it as low to the ground as possible and exploit this pool's potential to go wide with tokens and anthems. Blink and recursion shenanigans are a subtheme, but they should do a good job of building up a token army that gets pumped by the three anthem effects. This is what I'd build:
Because we didn't get any mana fixing lands I don't think we can afford to run Mishra's Factory here. There are some pretty heavy colored mana requirements in the cards I'm running with a lot of double white including Precinct Captain, and burn I'll want to have access to in the early game

I think if there was an Elspeth, I would be more inclined to go a controlling route. A 3 or 4cmc mana artifact and Wildfire would have also pushed me in that direction. I like focusing on the white Human tribal elements. Originally I thought if there was a karmic guide, I'd go for the greedy black splash for Falkenrath Aristocrat, but the more I thought about it, the more I liked falenrath aristocrat anyway. If karmic guide was there I'd add gargadon, wall of omens, and flickerwisp as well. I like arc lightning and staggershock in the sideboard for more answers to other small creatures, and chaos warp as an additional catch-all. The 3 cmc slot was very full, though.
