I think it would be fun to build an un-cube. Obviously one each of the un sets would be included, but I'm also looking for cards like the chaos and coin flipping cards, as well as rule bending cards. Things like Shared Fate & Grip of Chaos. Also just things that might feel ok to play with un-cards like Pongify. Interesting and complex cards are welcome, cards with fun art are also welcome suggestions.
Edit: Looks like the site defaults to the non-silly art. Look the card up to find the Phil Foglio art with a goblin sewing a Llanowar Elf's head onto Jedit Ojanen's body. I forget what the other arm is supposed to be.
some of the seventh edition arts would feel right at home, just to add stuff for the draft environment. i especially like unholy strength. gatherer link for the correct art
This game gets pretty silly, so there's no shortage of completely ridiculous, tournament legal Magic cards. Good luck with your project, and I hope you'll post your list once you've gotten it fleshed out.

465 card Unpowered cube thread. Draft it here and I'll be happy to return the favor.
450 card Peasant cube thread. Draft it here.
A few that come to mind....

Thanks for taking the time to write all that up Spike Rogue. There are a few there I had thought of, but most of those are things I would have overlooked. Ovinomancer is definitely on my list now. I don't know how long it will take me to actually put the thing together, but I'll be sure to post what I come up with. This is not going to be a cheap project though. I've already got Chaos Orb, Mishra's Toy Workshop and Mana Crypt, but most of the other high dollar cards are going to be hard for me with my very limited MTG budget.

I think all the Goblin Chirurgeons have silly art. I'll have to add them to my list to consider. Fiery Gambit is in. Thanks.

Ice Age was the first set to come to mind when I started this, but really anything oddball like that is welcome. I just pulled up a spoiler of 7th edition. The flavor text on 7th edition Treasure Trove is pretty amazing.
So far, white and black are the two colors where I need the most help. Perhaps some of the Thrulls could work?
Speaking of Ice Age, Hyalpterous Lemure comes to mind. It was supposed to be a Lemure, an evil spirit, but the artist misunderstood and painted a menacing-looking Lemur, which is a kind of adorable little primate. (And the idea of the cuddly widdle Lemur with fairy wings being a 4/3 is pretty hilarious, especially with the flavor text.)
Keep in mind, this cube is going to be...odd. The games are likely to be more than a bit clunky. Not saying you shouldn't do it - and actually, if you're ever in the Baltimore area I'd love to try it - but you're making some definite gameplay sacrifices to stay on theme. I'm sure you already know that though.

The evil Lemur is fantastic! I'm actually a little worried about balancing it. I want the wonky interactions, I want long games. Blue seems to have the best 'removal' options so far. There are lots of ways to turn creatures into apes, frogs, pigs and sheep apparently. I also always thought Narcolepsy was kind of amusing.
Ice Age has some other gems as well. Bone Shaman and Chub Toad for the art (really, a naked giant bowling with skulls?) as well as the classic flavor text.

I forgot about Chub Toad! That might make it in.
Bone Shaman looks more like he's scattering the bones to me (so the creature can't regenerate) by throwing them behind him. He doesn't seem comical at all. He actually looks kind of vicious and scary. I imagine him making some sort of hissing noise as he does it. He's angry (or mad as in crazy) - "Regenerate now, *****!"

How can you not run Bone Shaman now? The story you just made up is in itself worthy of going in an uncube.

That's fair, but there are so many other red cards that I'm not sure I'd have room for him. I need more help with white, black, multicolored and artifacts. Red actually seems fine.
I should probably update the first post. I ended up making an account on Cube Tutor so I can see what it feels like to draft it. I think I have some reasonable ways to cheat things into pay, but not a lot of things that feel like they are good enough to go through the trouble of cheating them into play. I also need better color fixing.
Random thought: maybe I should put in the Johnny combo player flavor text combo...
You already got Goblin Game - which I feel is prob the most black-boarded UN card ever.
I know it's in Red, but Thieves' Auction is total insanity - particularly in multiplayer (which is the only way I would want to play an Un cube personally).
Eureka has amazingly awesome art and also feels totally crazy.
I was thinking about Eureka or Hypergenesis... The format is pretty slow, there's not a lot of 1 drops or ramp yet. Eureka could be insane. I also went ahead and added Thieves' Auction for now.
I'm wondering if I should add extra copies of Little Girl. I remember Little Girl + Drawn Together being a thing, but I'm not sure it is woth adding multiples of a card. i do feel mana burn needs to be a part of this format though.
Edit: Added a bunch of Kithkins to white. This made white weenie and tokens much easier to draft. It also solidified what deck wants Mishra's Toy Workshop. Black still has about 11 cards less than any other color. Color fixing is also pretty limited still.
Added Thawing Glaciers and some search lands for mana fixing. They aren't funny but will help the Probe I threw in stay relevant.
Added Boggarts into black as many of them were goofy looking. This fills out black and gives it a solid tribal option as well.
Knowledge Pool count: 308
Looking for Knowledge Pools! All languages, conditions, foil/non-foil, etc. PM me with your Pools and we can work something out
I'm surprised I forgot Werebear before. I would also throw in anything with intentionally goofy flavor text, although that's the main one that comes to mind. Gives green something it's actually supposed to do while also feeling a little like an Un-card.
If your playgroup appreciates flavor text as much as they appreciate mechanics and art, then Sorcerer's Strongbox is a great pick.
EDIT: If you're putting Probe in the cube and making an effort to support it then surely you want Cosi's Trickster too. I mean, he's a trickster even.
I'm still collecting paper and playing online, but I don't have a regular play group these days. I don't go to the LGS partially because I don't like the LGS, and partially because I just don't have that much free time (it's a bit of a drive, I have to find a babysitter ect). Most of the people who I do play with now are very casual and will either play with duel decks/mostly commons & cheapo decks or they pick one of my own decks to play against me. I also have several friends that I see on occasion that used to play magic. This is why I'm thinking that building a cube would be a good option, since it allows for more unique games, without having to make the people that don't prioritize magic invest in anything. Un-Cube IS a bit cheesy, but it keeps that casual feel, and gives me a reason to collect the holiday cards and other bizarre things (falling star/chaos orb/Shahrazad) that might not be playable otherwise.
Edit: Ended up making an account on CubeTutor.
Here's the list I'm working on.

Maybe Zodiac Monkey and Sex Monkey. I'm definitely playing any other chickens I can find.
