I'd agree. Kolaghan's Command and Rakdos Cackler are probably the only two true staples for Rakdos. Any slots beyond those could really be just whatever your group prefers. And, let's just be honest, this is cube. Put whatever you want in your Rakdos section as you're having a good time when you play.
I liked Blightning a lot when we ran it, but competition is super tough in Rakdos these days.
True, but it is still a strong card and a candidate for large lists. I include it in my cube although it is probably the weakest Rakdos card .
Blighting is strong if the cube is planeswalker heavy (like mine). It can easily net a 3 for 1. (Its so disgusting sometimes)
