I've done a little bit of searching but nothing is turning up the results I'm looking for.
I've returned to the game after a bit of a hiatus, and I want to look to old decklists as inspiration for potential archetypes to put in my cube. The perfect presentation for the information would be "Here are the best archetypes that can out of standard circa Onslaught/Mirrodin block" or "here are the top 5 legacy decks circa 2001".
Is there anywhere that type of information is available? I assume I could sort through weekly archive columns at wizards but I'm looking for more of a synopsis of decks and what they do as opposed to comparing different builds of the same deck.
Thanks Spike Rogue. I have already viewed the thread in question which looks great. My cube is likely to stay Peasant, so some of the archetypes there are limited for, though some of the themes can be adapted without the rares.
Thanks Josero. I stumbled across that archive earlier today. The info might not be served to me on a silver platter and I might have to do a little digging through each event (sometimes there are just decklists and I can't always tell how they play) , but in the absence of something else it is a good source of info.
