I'm sure everyone and their mother does things a little differently and I'd love to know. I'm also extremely new to this format and I'm trying to introduce it to all my buddies. I love the draft and understand how it works, but after that there are so many options. What do you do?

Play each other. 1v1 matches. We typically have 4 drafters so we face the other players individually. Video games/TV/EDH available for when a match drags.

You play games. And then you draft cube again.

We switch formats from week to week. If we have an even number of players we do 1v1. If we have an odd number of players we do a multi-player format. Multiplayer formats we play are: large multiplayer(6-8 player game with everyone), small multiplayer (3-4 player games), planechase, emperor (which we call castle, with slightly different rules). We also occasionally do cubemander (which is commander using the cube), vanguard, archenemy, or challenge decks. We very rarely do those last ones, if we decide to do them we plan it in advance (or do challenge decks while waiting for other games to finish).

Every cube anniversary we get 10 players, and everyone chooses a guild to play (each color is drafted separately).

That is pretty much everything we do with the cube.

If we have even numbers, 1v1. Odd numbers have always been 3, where we Planechase group and 5 where we star, like the old color wars. If you have 5 players I highly recommend it. It keeps aggro decks viable and has complexities that deepen as people start getting eliminated.

Two headed giant is my favorite way to play with 4 people. Really Fun and complex board states and I always enjoy having someone on my team. I've also seen some great comebacks when playing two headed. Earthquake anyone?

We always do team drafting. Everyone drafts on their own then after the draft is complete we divide into two teams. All matches are 1v1 but it makes it more of a team/cooperative environment. For example in a 6 person draft the first team to win 5 matches wins the draft. It's also a great way to help less experienced drafters because you can help them build their decks (though you don't share card pools). It also helps to show what cards are getting valued high/low by your group. I can't imagine doing a free-for-all after experiencing the awesomeness of team drafts.

When I have 7 or 8 I run my drafts in Wizards Event Reporter (WER) just because it's easier to punch in results and have it spit out the next round than have to figure it all out manually. With 6 I do team drafts, as described by kingneb. Whenever there's an odd number the person with the bye usually just chills out and watches the games going on or plays video games or something.

Go hog wild! Draft decks! Hate draft people's decks so that they don't build bonkers junk! Switch the way drafts work or how to draft or pack size or pack distribution! Make tournaments with prizes - either real or superficial through adding errata to cards! Whoa!

Clearly the right thing to do is to take a picture of your sweet deck and upload it on social media.
