While using Conspiracy as a base, I feel that Dack is obligatory.
Jace Beleran is simply just awesome for multiplayer and can lead to some different builds. With FFA Conspiracy rules, what PW's have you found to be fun and effective?

Life is a beautiful engineer, yet a brutal scientist.
The best walkers per color for multiplayer, are, IMO (in descending order of power):
White: Elspeth, Sun's Champion - +1 gives you tons of tokens, has a wrath she can drop immediately Elspeth, Knight Errant - +1 for tokens, can also force through damage, ult is pretty brutal Elspeth Tirel - Multiple tokens generated, can give a ton of life, also has a wrath effect but slightly delayed Gideon Jura - Removal, Fogging, and makes a good win condition as well Ajani Goldmane - His -1 is incredible in token decks, and a little lifegain never hurts either
Blue: Tezzeret the Seeker - Tutor effects are powerful, can generate a ton of mana, and has a nice built-in wincon Tamiyo, the Moon Sage - Effectively removes a lot of problematic permanents, can draw a bunch of cards, and her ult is pretty gamebreaking
Any Jace - Little Jace doesn't draw much hate, Mind Sculptor has the most sheer power, Memory Adept is a brutal mill wincon, and Architect is great against tokens
Black: Sorin Markov - Setting someone to ten is generally a death knell in EDH and can do some good work in FFA games as well Liliana Vess - Tutoring and a busted ult Liliana of the Veil - +1 is great with graveyard synergy, also has removal
Red: Chandra Ablaze - +1 is situational but does a ton of damage and is great with Squee. Mostly good for repeated mini-wheels Koth of the Hammer - Slams down the damage or ramps Chandra, Pyromaster - +1 pushes a surprising amount of damage through. +0 for Card Advantage
Multicolored: Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker - Some of the strongest abilities you can find on a walker Xenagos, the Reveler - +0 Tokens, +1 for a mini Cradle, ult for a Genesis Wave. What's not to like? Ajani Vengeant - Locks down threats and Lightning Helixes. Ral Zarek - +1 for combos and fun, -2 for Bolts Sorin, Lord of Innistrad - +1 lifelink tokens, permanent anthem effects. Karn Liberated - Should require no explanation.

Wildfire's list is pretty spot on. Only one missing off his list IMHO is Venser, who is incredible (never, ever, ever let an opponent hit his ultimate).
Out of the walkers I run in my cube... Ajani Goldmane - Has his ultimate go off a surprising amount. One player actually managed to start populating the token for the win. That said, he's got a very weak first ability. If I end up with an Ajani, Caller of the Pride or any version of Elspeth some day, I'll probably swap them in for Goldmane. Jace Beleren - Remains good just for the card draw, always maindecked. Tezzeret, the Seeker - While I don't have a lot for him to play with, he remains very, very good, and gets maindecked often. Liliana Vess - I don't run Sorin due to his triple-black CC, so Vess is here instead, and she is very well loved. The tutor ability is underrated. That said, the ultimate sees her draw a lot of hate if graveyards are full... that ability scares the hell out of people. Chandra Nalaar - I run Nalaar as a proxy for something better... I don't think we've seen a decent enough red MP walker yet, although Firebrand is close. Ablaze is just too slow and clunky for my meta - she usually drops too late for me thanks to her 6CC. Nalaar at least provides some decent repeatable removal, and has an ultimate people fear. Garruk Wildspeaker - Easily the best green walker still - very well balanced. The ramp he provides is still excellent, and his ultimate is still a game-finisher. Sorin, Lord of Innistrad - Strong, especially with token generation and pump effects. I had a guy win a game with him, Goldmane and Mobilization, and nothing more. Ajani Vengeant - Haven't seen him out much, but when he's out, he's strong. Surprisingly controllish for Boros. Xenagos, the Reveler - I can't say enough about this guy. He singlehandedly became a Gruul game-winner. Don't ever use his ultimate - you don't need to. His mana and creature advantage should be enough. Sarkhan Vol - Still a half-decent walker. I run him next to Xenagos, and they riff off each other beautifully. I've actually managed to ultimate him before, too. Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver - I run her mostly because my Dimir has a mill theme. She's not going to win games by herself, but she's bags of fun to play.
I'm about to get a hold of Venser, and he's going straight in. Too combo-rific to leave out.
