Looking at what's being released there there will be:
1. New cards released to encourage drafting multiple similar to Planechase and Archnemesis
2. New cards altogether that actually interact while drafting like the Librarian
Are these going to influence your draft to add more variance, or will retain more of a purist attitude towards the draft experience? I'm actually rather excited about the prospect to build a cube around Conspiracy to interact with it.

I have a core sets only cube, but i'm going to make an exception for the Cogwork Librarian because I think he'll be a blast. Very excited for the release this summer.
Looks super fun to me. I imagine if it's a hit, people will make cubes based on it. I know I am thinking about that.
However, I'd want an environment that really made the unique mechanics shine. For example, I think it's cool that they include cards like Howling Wolf along with the "Name a creature..." cards. I'd imagine that if you weren't restricted in the card/rarity choices, one could play up some of these synergies more.
I'm probably doing a Conspiracy one myself, when I look at the release list so far there's approximately designed for 4-8 players ideally. So the question if the cards individually are 210 in total for the whole set, then how many cards copies do you use to increase the design to be able to cube Conspiracy as just conspiracy without ruining randomality?

I'm completely new to cube. The new multiplayer draft set will bring me into. So unfortunately I'm a real Noob in this case and I'm not able to find a thread/guide to get a good/simplyfied overview "how to build a cube" place. I'd like to build one for 4-6 players if this is possible? Maybe someone here can support me in this case. I've ordered 2 master cartons hope this is enough supply.
No time to say much but it sounds like you're going to be building what's called a "draft sim" for conspiracy. Do some searching for the term. I've seen ROE, INN, RAV, etc
Is a master carton a booster box (36 boosters)? Or do you mean a case (6 booster boxes, 216 boosters)?
If the latter, you're talking 6480 cards! If the former, it's still 1080, more than enough for most cubes.
I'd suggest getting two booster boxes, which at 72 boosters will allow you to play 3 eight person drafts. Use this to decide what you do and don't like about the set, and put together the selection of cards you most enjoy, balanced as far as possible in terms of colour and curve. Sleeve these up and have a few drafts with this to see how you like it, and adjust accordingly.
In a draft set I would cheerfully break the singleton rule, but I wouldn't feel constrained by what Wizards has done: if there are rares or uncommons I want to see more frequently in my drafts I would simply adjust the numbers accordingly. I wouldn't bother making boosters with fixed rarity distributions either: just grab packs of fifteen cards safe in the knowledge that overall you will see more of the cards you have high numbers of multiple of. This is mostly because I am lazy.
If you are missing rares/mythics you really want to play it makes more sense to buy/trade for them as singles than buying lots of boosters.

I'll be incorporating a few of the constructs and conspiracies in my regular cube (Worldknit in particular is one I've had multiple requests for), although many of the conspiracies really aren't suited to singleton cube. I'm not really interested in making a draft sim for the set, but I have considered building a cube with multiple rarity levels (and multiples of the lower rarities) that can take advantage of some of those conspiracies as well as cards that don't work in a singleton cube, but could be cube-worthy in multiples (think Squadron Hawk or Accumulated Knowledge).
I want to make a multiplayer cube using a box of Conspiracy as a base, which I can add to. I would really love some suggestions what cards might be good to add or take out. I have never made a cube before.

I'm trying to do a very similar thing with my play group. We love multiplayer and draft, so this set has been a blast. I'm curious about fitting in some of the Modern Masters commons and uncommons (as I have TONS of then from cracking boosters to get the rares/mythics). Specifically, a few token producing cards, some of the tribes (artifact, goblin, and rebel), and maybe the splice to arcane an retrace mechanics (re-castable cards sound good in a multiplayer setting).
I'm going with Humpty's recommendation of 2 booster boxes, and going with our favorites from there. How well do ya'll think the tribal, arcane, and retrace mechanics will fit in with the current mechanics (morbid, voting, flyers, tokens etc)?
