For me it would have to be the SDCC promo. I'm really digging the overall coloring being a bit more vibrant, and that moon really pops. Also, that werewolf(?)-skin cloak is pretty sweet.
Why is the ftv process still a thing? Aren't cube collectors basically the intended target for stuff like this? I've never met anyone who liked the "unique" foiling process that ruins FTV...
Taking characters who aren't zombies and drawing them as zombies when most of them aren't even from the horror block?
I don't get it.
As others have said, the FTV foiling process is also wonky. The only thing I can come up with is that the wide sea of players who don't post on forums and such must like the FTV foils. MaRo has said often that the information they get from their surveys and such about what people like sometimes doesn't match up with what the really bought-in players assume would be the general consensus. It's odd, because I don't think I've heard anybody in Magic media (like our own cube podcasters) or social media say they like the FTV foils at all. That could just be my confirmation bias though.
I hate the foiling process so much that it wouldn't matter how awesome the art is. I would never pay the price they usually go for because of that. I do have a couple FTV copies of different cards in my cube, but that was due to availability and price (looking at you Burning of Xinye and Rolling Earthquake).
Plus, it gives me a non-foil black border option that has the correct text.
Normally I'd agree on having the more modern wording, but the current Oracle text on Animate Dead actually makes less sense than the original wording. I run a Revised edition.

Most of the Oracle text is confusing and irrelevant, but it does correctly convey the fact that you have a window in which you can Disenchant the Animate Dead and the creature will never enter the battlefield.
For nostalgia value, the original art is great. However, I like the EMA art. Whatever's coming out of the ground has a palpable menace to it. You also get the current Oracle wording. Normally, I would say that's a perk for new players, but the Oracle wording is confusing enough to negate that. The Graveborn art is my least favorite.
I only use the Judge foil Wheel of Fortune because I got it cheap when it first came out, and any other black bordered version costs an unthinkable amount of money. Maybe I'll get a nice altered revised copy one day.
Edit: Wait, I forgot about CE/IE copies. I actually run one of those in my classic cube. Go for that!
Double edit: Holy smokes. I just checked the price of the judge foil Wheel of Fortune.
