So, what about that new Evolving Wilds art? I think I've found an upgrade from the FNM version for myself, though it only narrowly beats it out. Both have such vibrant color. The new one also reminds me of The Barrens after The Cataclysm.
The one with an oasis is a prerelease promo version. The regular Evolving Wilds you'll find in packs has a forest and a river. As far as I can tell, the oasis version can't be found as foil.
If we're ranking Evolving Wilds art, I'd say it's Dark Ascension > Dragons of Tarkir Pack Foil > FNM Promo > Dragons of Tarkir Prerelease Promo > Rise of the Eldrazi Pack Foil
I may actually replace my DKA foil with a Dragons foil if we pull one. Really sweet art on that one.
9th Edition on that Master Healer. It looks like a classic painting.
Also, why does Evolving Wilds now have five pieces of art to choose from while Terramorphic Expanse still just as the one? I mean, it's original art is still pretty snazzy, but it would be nice to have a choice.
That Rocha Evolving Wilds is awesome. We have what, five arts for that card now? I actually like all of them! The RoE is the least of them IMO, but still decent enough; the DKA one is atmospheric and cold; the promo has nice colours and a good pale background, which is nice for foils; the new Rocha one has amazing blue-orange contrast, and should make a beautiful foil too; the DTK promo is nice as well, but ranks pretty low on my scale.
Dragons of Tarkir Pack Foil > Dark Ascension l = FNM Promo > Dragons of Tarkir Prerelease Promo > Rise of the Eldrazi Pack Foil
The 9E Master Healer art is wonderful, I choose that.
I like the one from The Dark more as well. Sometimes old art just looks weird on new frames. My favorite is actually the Ravnica version, though. It looks pretty sick in foil.
Elves of Deep Shadow: The Dark, not close. The FNM promo is unacceptable.
Reclamation Sage: Normal foil. If you don't like foils, I like the art on the promo a little better.
Phyrexian Rager: Apocalypse, surely. Old frame wins almost every time. In this case I like the old art more as well.
I like Unravel's art more than Deglamer's.
I'll be the person to put in a vote for Deglamer over Unravel. I personally really like the flavor of low fairy-tale type magic that's represented in Lorwyn block, and I think it provides a good contrast to the serious business epic apocalypse type stuff that's the default flavor of most other blocks. That's also why I use the Lorwyn pack foil for Oblivion Ring, though it's represented more in the flavor text and not the art.
Scars Rager because that thing is the stuff of nightmares.
Promo Elves because it looks like the art is actually darker, plus the old tap symbol is horrendous.
Promo Sage because it's awesome.
Deglamer because I like the flavor of Lorwyn. The worst thing the bad guys did in that set was, like, steal pies.

I have a M13 (?) Japanese foil & a FNM foil. Running the FNM one now, only because the people I cube with only read English & for the most part aren't familiar enough to identify cards by the art.

Hey all... I'm retired, not dead. Check out what I'm doing these days (and beg me to come back if you want):
I've always felt that I'm alone in thinking that FNM Evolving Wilds is one of the most beautiful arts in all of magic. Have you guys SEEN this thing? the details are positively gorgeous: http://i.imgur.com/KTryySU.jpg
On another note, have you guys seen the new Duress art? I'm running a M12 foil right now and a screaming dragon comes pretty close to replacing a scared elf.
Duress is one of those cards where I feel like you have several arts to choose from but none of them are particularly compelling (see also Counterspell and Mana Leak). I slightly prefer the elf one because I don't like the focus of the new one. Yeah, I get that a big angry dragon can place you under duress but in the picture it looks like he's either just scaring you for lulz or about to eat you, and not forcing you to do stuff against your will.
The new Duress art is sweet, but Urza's Saga art is just classic for me. I played a ton of Sui Black in those days, so any art other than the dude with the giant hand just doesn't look right to me. I'll stick with the FNM promo.

Multiplayer EDH: RR Norin the Wary, UU Barrin, Master Wizard, UB Wrexial, the Risen Deep, GR Borborygmos, Enraged
The Dark Elves for sure.
Promo Sage is sweet, I'll almost always go for a full-art card if it's close (sorry Dryad Militant).
I'm also with Magpie on Deglamer.
