Despite my initial reservations, I have to say that I'm really liking the new border. It just looks sleeker and a bit more organized with the info at the bottom of the card. Not to mention that M15 and KTK foils have been beautiful.
Actually, that does bring me to a separate question. I cracked a foil Murderous Cut the other day, and that thing is dark. Like, really dark. So dark, the only thing you can really make out is the blade. Has anyone else seen one of these, and if so, is it really, really dark?

There are a lot of printing errors in this set when it comes to darkening of ink, and Murderous Cut (especially foils) are one of them that is getting it a lot. I've seen about 10+ Cuts with the extra black/dark ink on them, and 3 of those have been foil.
When I saw that new Khans artwork, I immediately pulled out my Urza's Saga artwork for it (actually Planechase since I do modern frames only). Khans one is waaaaay better.
I currently have KTK versions of Flooded Strand, Wooded Foothills, and Windswept Heath, and ONS versions of Polluted Delta and Bloodstained Mire. I don't foresee myself picking up ONS versions of the Strand/Foothills/Heath in the near future, as there are some other valuable cards I have to acquire before dealing with versioning.
However, I do have KTK versions of the Delta and Mire, and am trying to decide if it's worth running the matching set from KTK or keeping the ONS fetches I do have copies of.
I personally like the mix. Some of the art is better in each set - no need to match all the way IMO.
Non-foil, I'd vote KTK Arc Lightning. Foil, Arena by a mile. It is beautiful and the Publilius Syrus flavor is a great touch. Wish it was still in the Latin.
1. Which Hymn to Tourach? (don't say FTV). I'm on Scott Kirschner because... well, they're all amazing.
2. Which Ray of Command? This is one of the few cards I'd actually consider a same-art modern frame (Commander) reprint for, though Ice Age is also great.
3. Merfolk Looter? 10th looks sweet. Exodus screams MAGIC CARDS FROM 1998!!! 7th is old border. Newest art also totally awesome.
1. Kirschner or Hoover. Either one is great. The Liz Danforth one is also nice, but a little behind those two. I use the Hoover one. (FTV ones don't even count. I'm pretty sure it's in the rules somewhere that FTV Hymns make the players who cast them discard two cards as well, or something, as a shame tax.)
2. Ice Age. I really like Harold McNeill's art. The only choices that are reasonable are Ice Age and Mirage.
3. Exodus, easily. Ron Spencer is my favourite Magic artist. Foil 7th would also be cool if your cube is foiled. No other options under consideration.
1. I prefer Quinton Hoover's art. I really like the creepy and imposing warlock/wizard.
2. I would use the new commander or duel deck version.
3. Ron Spencer's art from Exodus! M10 art is also fine though. 7th edition art is pretty crappy.
1. Danforth. This is the only one that looks like there may actually be some kind of Hymn taking place.
2. Ice Age or Mirage. Ultimately I'd go with Ice Age, even though Harold McNeil is a nutjob.
3. M10. The Ron Spencer one just looks terrifying; the art doesn't really match what the card does, IMHO.
As for Celestial Colonadde, promo for extra pimp points.

I like the new border and weird perspective of the M10/CMD, but I think that the Portal 2 is the best of the bunch. It's classic Knights and Castles nerdiness and makes the most sense as an Earthquake. ABU is pretty cool too, but it needs the black border.
Richard Kane Ferguson 5th art is the best Earthquake by far. Since it's not available in black border or foil, however, I'm running a foil M10 version.
@wtwlf: I see that your Earthquake is currently a Beta (or maybe CE?) version. I thought you had a RKF full art alter. (<- That would be my preferred version.)
I say Danforth Hymn, Ice Age Ray, Foil 7th or M2012 for Looter. I'm using a Kirschner Hymn because of sentimental value, I pulled that card from a FE pack and it's gone into a lot of my black decks over the years...if it wasn't for that I'd pick the Danforth one. The Spencer Looter one has old school points but I agree with other posters that it doesn't really look like what the card actually does.
Celestial Colonnade, go with the promo. It's far more striking and cohesive, the normal pack one is kinda boring compared with the promo.
Earthquake, I'll echo everyone else and say the 5th Ed one would be the correct choice if only there were a BB version available. Given that I don't love any of the other arts, I say go with an Alpha or Beta version just for that old school street cred.
I like the old border much more, but the Commander 2014 Welder has updated oracle text. I personally will always go with the most updated oracle text on a card unless it's super iconic (like Black Lotus, where I use a beta proxy instead of the vintage master's edition).
Guys, what does everyone think between land tax promo and the lengends version ? Right now I have a 4th edition and want to upgrade it but can't decided on the art.

Legacy: UBRG Czech Pile, WWW Death & Taxes, many other things
Modern: UBR Grixis, RWG Burn, UR UR Storm, BBB 8 Rack, whatever other control deck I can force
Multiplayer EDH: RR Norin the Wary, UU Barrin, Master Wizard, UB Wrexial, the Risen Deep, GR Borborygmos, Enraged
2. Never seen the Ice Age Ray of Command before, definitely this one.
3. 10th all the way. Randomly found a foil japanese one of these in a bargain bin a couple weeks ago. Thing looks amazing.
Promo or pack foil Celestial Colonnade?

2. Harold McNeill's art from Ice Age is beautiful.
3. The 7th/10th art is the best, and it also happens to be available as an old frame foil. Win-win.
