As far as enablers this is what I would probably need to get excited about looking for auras to add to cube:
Stoneforge Hound1W
Creature-Hound
When Stoneforge Mystic enters the battlefield, you may search your library for an Aura Card or Creature with Bestow, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle your library. 1W, T: You may cast an Aura card, or play a creature for it's bestow cost, from your hand without paying its mana cost.
1/2
Edit: Fixed Activated ability
But even then I would not only need ramp/combo auras like above but also a few utility auras like rancor that could be good in lots of decks as well as in the Auras deck
I dunno, it was just a thought for a new and interesting archetype. I mean, people run cards like Sphinx of the Steel Wind just to support Tinker/Reanimate decks, and cards like Wildfire that are only good in a specific deck built around them. I think if there were more than one interesting expensive aura, there might be something to this deck, but the second best thing outside of Eldrazi Conscription is Mythic Proportions, which is just straight worse.
How's about:
Savage Essence 4GG
Enchantment - Aura
Enchant creature
Flash, Split second
Enchanted creature gets +6/+6 and gains Hexproof, Trample, and Indestructible.
This at least
A) Is a pretty sweet card in a ramp deck, because it can be played as a killer combat trick/removal trump
B) Is immune to the standard weaknesses of auras
C) Makes the dude a pretty sick six drop
D) Is also good as an Auratouched target because good luck dealing with it.
The reason reanimator works so well is because it's heavily supported, almost all of the cards are playable in other archetypes (tinker, super ramp, etc) and the reanimation spells are fine in normal decks as a way to recur your value creatures or take your opponent's best creature after you kill it.
Which is why I would really like auras like this one. I'm not sure if it's too powerful, but if there were more auras like this that ramp or even midrange decks would be happy playing, that get value by countering a removal spell (and making it much harder to get 2-for-1'ed) and making your ramp elves into insane threats later on and also work well with auratouched mage effects, it might make it a viable package to run.
I think i'd also like a trinket-mage, auratouched mage combo guy to fetch little auras.
Minitouched Mage
1WW
Creature - Human wizard
2/2
When ~ enters the battlefield, search your library for an aura card with converted mana cost 3 or less that could enchant it. If ~ is still s still on the battlefield, put that Aura card onto the battlefield attached to it. Otherwise (put it onto the battlefield attached to another creature you control/put it into your hand). Shuffle.
Obviously this would need some balancing, but it you let you fetch value auras like rancor, would be great in peasant or pauper cube if appropriately raritied for grabbing armadillo cloak/unflinching courage, and might make more borderline auras cubable because you don't get blown out so much by removal.
Going off on a tangent a little, here's a card I thought up:
Deathpact Demon 5BBB
Creature - Demon
Flying, Lifelink
When Deathpact Demon enters the battlefield, return target creature card from a graveyard to the battlefield under your control. You lose life equal to its converted mana cost
Evoke 1B
6/6
Edit: Actually, let's make this a cycle. That'd be fun. (Note, I don't think any of these are of a printable power level, given how cautious Wizards is with these types of effects these days)
Pinnacle Hydra 5GGG
Creature - Hydra
Trample, Indestructible
When Pinnacle Hydra enters the battlefield, sacrifice another green creature. If you do, search your library for a green creature and put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle your library.
Evoke 3GG
8/8
Tinkering Sphinx 5UUU
Artifact Creature - Sphinx
Flying, Hexproof
When Tinkering Sphinx enters the battlefield, sacrifice another artifact. If you do, search your library for an artifact and put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle your library
Evoke 3U
6/6
Blitz Dragon 5RRR
Creature - Dragon
Flying, Haste
When Blitz Dragon enters the battlefield, put a creature card from your hand onto the battlefield. That creature gains haste. At the end of turn, sacrifice that creature
Evoke 3RR
7/7
Opalescent Angel 5WWW
Enchantment Creature - Angel
Flying, Doublestrike
When Opalescent Angel dies, exile it. If you do, search your library for an enchantment and put it onto the battlefield. Then, shuffle your library.
Evoke 3WW
6/6
All are awesome. I doubt we will see the likes for standard, but these commander/conspiracy products give me hope that some day we may see more natural order/tinker level cheaty cards.
I doubt we'll see anything remotely close to Tinker considering Tinker is banned in EDH.
But yeah, I like these cards a lot. They're well-costed enablers for Reanimation/Cheaty strategies, while also serving as targets for those same strategies.

I like the black one especially because of the synergy between having a cheap Evoke and being a good reanimator target in his own right.
Not only is he a reanimation spell and a reanimation target, but he's also his own discard outlet

The Black one is pretty awesome and would be a format-defining card (in as far as that exists in Cube). I don't expect Wizards to print anything remotely like that, though.
Especially not because in Legacy, this + Entomb = two 6/6 lifelink fliers in play on T2 (Entomb for 1 copy, evoke the other from your hand, stack the abilities so that he goes to the graveyard first, then return the second who returns the first with his ETB trigger).
Sure, but that's still weaker than a turn two Griselbrand, and it will cost you 16 life in the process. Meaning if your opponent is holding a Fireblast (or even a Lightning Bolt, with you having cracked a Fetchland), you'd be in trouble.
But yeah, as I said, I don't expect them to even remotely print any of these.

Aside from the Tinker one, I think they're all printable in at least supplemental products, as none of them would break Legacy, Vintage, or EDH. And they are all awesome well-designed cards that would be cube staples. Well done.
In the spirit of exciting new cards and evoke creatures cropping up in here:
Bramblehoof3GG Creature - Elemental [U]
When ~ enters the battlefield, destroy target noncreature permanent.
Evoke 2G 3/3 (Take that, Bramblecrush!)
Howlfire5RR Creature - Elemental [R]
Protection from red
When ~ enters the battlefield, it deals 4 damage to each creature and each player sacrifices four lands.
Evoke 3RR 4/4 (Take that, Wildfire!)
Trying to push both of those without taking them too far. Don't think I hit the right spot. But would these effects be (printable in a form) more cube-able than their existing counterparts?
Wondering why you costed cards that grant the effect of their respective cards and have bodies lower than the cost of their respective cards...One would think these should be at least slightly more difficult to play. Also, drop the pro red and just make Howlfire deal the damage to "each other creature".
Yeah those are definitely way too good. Evoke can give you the effect at just slightly a worse cost, or maybe slightly weakened. Both of these give you the effect at a better cost, AND have ridonkulous bodies.

I could see Bramblecrush at GGG. Or 1GG with a restriction (I had a version once that was "Non-green, non-forest, noncreature permanent"). But just destroying a land cost 2G at a MINIMUM, and WotC doesn't even like printing it at that cost anymore. Add on artifacts, enchantments, AND planeswalkers, and an additional green mana doesn't seem like too much to ask for.
You're certainly not going to see it for 2G, and double-certainly not going to see it for 2G with upsides.

It goes to show how popular Evoke is. I'm surprised why it hasn't returned...
