These are all probably fair, if ever so slightly pushed, but the question is, what cubes would run them? Are artifacts enough of a problem that you frequently find yourself looking to include a card that hits more than one of them at once? (And if so, is Molten Confluence not sufficient for this need?)
And then there's the two single-target ones. Magma Dance suffers from being just a sideboard card. Liquefy Steel is probably the most-pushed card here (compare to Tel-Jilad Justice), but even still it's going to read just scry 2 a nonzero portion of the time.

I don't have any specific cubes that want them, but I feel like there are some cube designs that could want them, and having them as options could make some more artifact or enchantment (one of them hates on enchantments) cube setups fairer. Plus, some cubes want the occasional sub-optimal choice for similar reasons WotC puts occasional traps that do nothing in any format as commons in new sets, like silly white cards that do nothing but gain relatively small amounts of life for their mana costs in formats that lack things triggering off of life gain.
Edit: I made them more though, because I noticed weird empty spaces in the suites of artifact and enchantment removal of the existing card base when working on cube designs, and my 'fill in the blanks' impulses pushed me to do it.
War Elemental would be sweet, feel like it's a bit OP but I would cube that in a heartbeat.
Wizards has obviously severely de-powered equipment over the last few years, but if we could get one more piece of equipment that is on par with the weapons of old I'd be stoked. I feel like we have enough equipment with broken abilities (a-la Jitte, Swords, Clamp) and enough efficient power boosters (Bonesplitter, Grafted Wargear) so I'd really like to see something that is cheap and turns your creatures into keyword monsters. Something like this:
Helm of Ascension 2
Equipped creature gets +1/+1 has flying, first strike, vigilance, trample, and haste.
Sacrifice Helm of Ascension: Equipped creature is indestructible until end of turn.
Equip: 1

Sword of Vengeance is pretty close to that except worse since it doesn't give flying and it more expensive to cast & equip, so that would definitely be a more expensive piece of equipment. Your equipment is pretty disgusting and I think would be an auto include in a lot of cubes at a lot of sizes at that cost.
Yea I know it's unprintable by a mile, but compared to Jitte/Clamp/Swords it seems pretty on par.
It's not unprintable in a commander set or something similar I don't think, as it's probably not something that will break legacy as they have stellar/better SFM options in Batterskull/Jitte as is.

That's a bit too pushed, like a super powerful card. So many constructed decks would be punished by instant speed duress that can be other spells in addition. A lot of decks would play it solely as instant speed duress, that's a wildly unprintable card. It would be at minimum a 3 (and probably more realistically a 4 of) in any deck playing black in any format since it deals with so many decks and archetypes across so many formats.
Yea good point, the discard ability would definitely have to be scaled down for this to see print and would have to be weaker than any of the targeted discard spells that have previously seen print. What about replacing the targeted discard with "Target player discards a scard at random"? Even that would probably be too strong, but maybe not if the spell cost 1B instead.
Maybe at sorcery speed for 1 mana and a stricter discard clause and -2/-1 instead, or 1B at sorcery speed. Either way, I'm glad I don't have to design magic cards because the line between 'broken' and 'printable' can be super thin lol
Gamon, Head Mage2UUU
Legendary Creature – Human Wizard (M)
Flash, Hexproof
Whenever you would draw a card, you may search your library for an instant or sorcery instead.
(2/5)
Combusting PestR
Creature – Devil (R)
When Combusting Pest enters the battlefield it deals 2 damage to you. You may pay 1 and discard a card for each damage to redirect this damage to your opponent or target creature they control.
(2/1)
The second one may need to be reworded but the general idea is it plays in any one of these 3 ways.
1. R = 2/1 and 2 damage to you
2 1R, discard a card = 2/1, 1 damage to you and 1 damage to any target
3. 2R, discard two cards = 2/1, and 2 damage divided as you choose.
It has some really interesting tradeoffs with Jackal Pup and a lot of flexibility so that is isn't necessarily a dead card later in the game!
Gamon just seems like you want to play ez mode magic. Flash to prevent sorcery removal, hexproof to prevent anything that targets, and a tutor so that when you untap you can get a counter spell to protect him.Oh and he has a fat but to block those red decks and not be burned out. At least make him easier to interact with by dropping hexproof or making the tutor ability more of a drawback. Like, "If you would draw a card instead search your library for an instant and lose life equal to its mana cost". I used only instants to sort of emphasis the flash part make him a quick mage ya know.
I like that goblin but I don't necessarily think you need to discard a card as well as paying mana. In full damage mode you'd be looking at losing tree cards from your hand and paying three mana for a forked bolt and a 2/1. Seems a bit steep to me, especially in the late game where many red decks won't reliably be able to count on having extra cards in hand. Also, early game seems a bit awkward because lots of Aggro decks won't want to go down to 4 cards in hand just to shock your opponents face on turn one. The effect is super powerful but just seems awkwardly costed. What about this as an etb effect?
When combusting pest enters the battlefield you may pay 1 and discard a card, if you do combusting pest deals one damage to you and one damage another target creature or player.
Alternatively I could see having to pay 3 for a shock (not forked bolt) and and not having to discard a card.
EDIT; just realized my first alternative is pretty much the same as your second one, haha!
Actually, my alternative only has two modes, maybe I didn't word it right:
R: Get a 2/1 1R: Get a 2/1, discard a card, take a damage, deal a damage to target creature or player.
My concern is that discarding cards is a cost that scales exponentially. Discarding 1 card is no big deal, tons of cards do this. Discarding two is an entirely different story and way more difficult to pull off consistently.
At the end of the day though, I'd likely play any of the iterations we've been discussing. A 2/1 for R with additional burn strapped to it would be a dream for cube.
I really do like direction of your design, there are applications in all colors:
Deranged Vampire 1B
Menace
When Deranged Vampire enters the battlefield you may pay 1 and discard a card. If you do, target player discards a card at random.
2/1
Sentinel Beast 1G
Vigilance
When Sentinel Beast enters the battlefield you may pay 1G and discard a card. If you do, put target non-creature permanent on top of it's owner's library.
2/3
I would LOVE to cube with that card, but with cards like Path/Swords/Bolt/Thoughtseize floating around I have a hard time believing it could be printed. I mean, I feel like in modern that card would just be a monster.
Trying to think of a way to cost it so it would work... maybe:
Scroll Mage 1U
When scroll mage enters the battlefield you may pay 2U. If you do, search your library for an instant or sorcery and put it into your hand. Shuffle after.
Sentinel Beast 1G
Vigilance
When Sentinel Beast enters the battlefield you may pay 1U and discard a card. If you do, put target non-creature permanent on top of it's owner's library.
2/3
The "put on top of library"-effect is rather blue, and being in a second color would be slightly less pushed. I think that would make my Simic section.
--
I also really like the idea of the R 2/1 with a drawback that can be turned into an upside when discarding a card. Two modes are probably enough, so that it doesn't become too complicated and too pushed (versatility onf a one-drop is pretty big game).
Reliquary Squire GW
Creature - Human (r)
When reliquary Squire enters the battlefield, you may sacrifice a Forest or Plains. If you do, search your library for a land card, put it onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle your library.
(2/2)
Follower of Tourach B
Creature - Human (r)
Kicker BB (you may pay an additional BB as you cast this spell)
When Follower of Tourach enters the battlefield, if it was kicked, target player discards two cards at random from his or her hand.
(2/1)
Squire seems a little underpowered honestly. The land should come in untapped IMO.
Follower seems pretty absurd though. It's an on-curve beater and also one of the best disruption beaters of all time. Maybe make it 1B and one card so it's not completely busted.

I would play that Simic card for sure. Not sure if it needs the discard part, but probably if it is modal. If it was just a 4 mana simic creature it would need it. Temporal Spring has always been a pet card of mine.
I could see a Jackal pup that got first strike on discard, maybe +1/+0 as well. Probably would have to limit it to once a turn.It would be really great ot keep building up red support for reanimator by integrating tools into other theater cards.

The Squire seems nice, but no reason it has to be multicolor (Except for flavor with the knight) and I thinking sacking any land would be fine as well. Crop rotation can be great but I don't think it is unreasonable to strap to a grizzly bear.
The follower is a 2/1 with a hymn to tourach stapled to it. Alas this isn't printable. I like it but they like to put minor upside on the black 2 power one drops and they usually print downsides as well. And random discard is a big no go for that mana in magic anymore. I want it but it is more likely to see as mindrot, which I would still play as it it would be a 3 for 1 for 4 mana. So while triple black is a restriction, I think this is too pushed.
Fine, Wizards. If you don't give me a blue Wall of Omens for my cube, I will ask you for a black one...

Did you mean to make that an 0/5? A fifth point of toughness is huge for a cantrip wall 2-drop, and I don't feel like the black one should be the objectively strongest one.
