When this creature enters the battlefield, exile another target permanent.
If that permanent was under your control, return that card to the battlefield under its owner's control at the beginning of the next end step.
If it was under an opponents control, return it to its owner's hand
2/1
Just being able to Man'o'War any permanent is already pretty insane, but making it a Flickerwisp that also doubles as a Boomerang for your opponent's stuff is way too good.

You could probably make it printable as 1UU and only hitting creatures. Or 2U and it could be seen in a commander product. But at that point it's not much different than Man-o-War, though flickering your own ***** is pretty nice.

I don't think it would be printed without the nonland clause.
maybe different color combination
2gu - Artifact
when this enters the battlefield, Investigate
Whenever an artifact enters the battlefield put a 3/1 token into play
seems like it could fuel the artifact deck, and token deck which are more established decks in cube
All colors other than blue wants some card adventage too.
Also, I love Phyrexian Arena.

Blackula, black Dracula 3bb
Whenever a nontoken creature dies put a 2/2 zombie creature token into play and add a loyalty counter to ~
-x: deal x damage to target creature or player, you gain x life.
-15: sacrifice ~ you get an emblem with, whenever an opponent plays a creature, he sacrifices each creature he controls.
Starting loyalty: 4
The wording of the ultimate probably needs some re-working, seems to be too tough to get there anyways. It's essentially a one-ability planes walker, and it's not a great ability.
I wanted to see a planeswalker that's main draw was a static ability.
3BB to maybe kill a creature and get a token is a pretty bad rate, at least for cube. It's an interesting idea, but at that cost with that starting loyalty is not worth it at all.
I seen some discussion in the thread about maros snow dual comments on twitter and someone made an intereating comment about duals that come into play untapped from your hand but tapped when fetching.
Would this make the cut in cube?:
Card name
Land- Island Swamp
Cardname enters the battle field tapped unless you played it from your hand.
Yes I would play those in a second. However I would be surprised if that was the design since they are probably worse than shocks in eternal formats, which is how that discussion began I believe.
Yea I don't think it is what we will see but I thought it was an interesting design and would be a nice alternative to shocks for cube or for cube that don't run the fetch lands.
Legendary duals is the most likely thing IMO. It's tough to really streamline a manabase with them unless all your mana base needs is 1 more dual, they help people get into eternal (read: legacy) formats since those decks often run more fetches than duals, and it's space they haven't really explored. Maybe I'm being optimistic, but I think it would work.
I thought the reserve list policy didnt allow for the legendary super type design, too close to a functional reprint?
I mean they could argue their case, but i dont think hasbros legal department would want to take the risk. They also have whatever the terms of the NDA settlement they came to last time to keep in line with.

Yeah, but when they print way-too-good cards no one is like "wow I absolutely expected that" it's "are they serious?!?!"

Something like that?
