"Only once and only during your turn" seems like it would make more sense as a trigger. Also, exiling things in opponents' graveyards as a cost is messy (and has only even been used on the ancient Night Soil)
Gisa's Exploitation B
Enchantment
At the beginning of your end step, you may pay B. If you do, exile target creature card in a graveyard and put a 2/2 black zombie creature token onto the battlefield tapped.
I'd love to see an uncommon manland cycle. It would give some more interesting land options for C/Ube as well.
Instead of just entering the battlefield tapped, they would look like this:
Izzet Manland
When Izzet Manland enters the battlefield, sacrifice it unless you return another land you control to its owner’s hand. T: Add U or R to your mana pool.
Of course the creatures they become should also be a little weaker, especially compared to the allied cycle from Worldwake. They could be something like this:
2UW: 2/2 flying 3UB: 3/3 "when dies draw a card" 1BR: 2/1 menace 1RG: 3/1 trample 2GW: 2/2 "when dies get two saprolings" 2WB: 2/2 protection from white and from black BG: 1/1 "BG: regenerate" 3GU: 1/3 "when deals damage to opponent draw a card" 1UR: 2/1 prowess RW: 2/1 haste
Does something like that seem possible to you?
I think the complexity of these is far too high for uncommon. Also, many of those are stronger than the Oath/Battle Manlands, while others are just stone awful.

Yea perhaps not exile as a cost, and also using targeted exile.
Though I will nitpick on the end step trigger. The "messier" version is vital in clearing up graveyard shenanigans like persist/undying/Reveillark triggers during combat, or any part of your mainphase.

How would we rank this cycle of duals? Better or worse than the painlands?
Moonlit Garden
Land
Moonlit Garden enters the battlefield tapped.
When Moonlit Garden enters the battlefield, add C to your mana pool.
T: Add G or U to your mana pool
Worse, since it doesn't create colored mana on turn one. Painlands are attractive because they let you stay completely on curve while fixing mana, so you can go Battlefield Forge > Savannah Lions into Mountain > Ash Zealot, for example.

Much worse than the painlands. They can only give you C the turn you play them, and they don't provide colored mana on turn 1 (or on any turn you play the land, for that matter).
I love the idea of lantern control in the constructed world and there is obviously a lot of worth to resource denial (as we have all been subjected to by JtMS), so I was trying to come up with some additional support that would be cube playable. Thoughts?

Fateseal 2, then return up to one target card from each player's graveyard to the top of their owner's libraries.
Kind of just messing with the idea, nothing thought too hard about, so I'll take your criticism lightly haha
I probably wouldn't play any of those at any size. The one drop seems kinda useless in a lot of situations, and you go down a card with the bottom two for what aren't that great of effects on their own. I would feel bad if I was spending 1UU a turn to Scry/Fateseal 1. Maybe if they cantripped.
Cosi's Guard: Free information, deck manipulation on both ends, and recurring blocker for U
Meddle with Time: Scry with potential soft lock at no card disadvantage w/ buyback
Dark Diligence, I concede, is maybe in the wrong order for the card I wanted this to be
Dark Diligence 2.0 B
Sorcery
Return up to one target card from each player's graveyard to the top of their owner's libraries. Fateseal 2.
Dark Diligence, IMO, might be too powerful an effect at 1CMC
Dark Diligence is slightly a better card if it fateseals first. Either way, I think it's pretty good for one mana.
Cosi's Guard seems good. It can only block every other turn, but that's not nothing, and the deck manipulation option is worth something. Best design of the three.
Meddle with Time does seem just bad. Not sure if it's fixable, or what the goal is really.

Gisa's Exploitation 2.0B
Enchantment B: Exile target creature card from a graveyard, then put a 2/2 Black Zombie creature onto the battlefield tapped. You may activate this ability once and only during your turn.
It needs an "if you do", otherwise you can create 2/2's for B even with empty graveyards.
Another way to do the once per turn thing is to put it on an artifact:
Gisa's Exploiting Item1
Artifact BT: Exile target creature card from a graveyard. If you do, put a 2/2 Black Zombie creature onto the battlefield tapped.

"If you do" isn't required because it targets. You can't activate without a target, and if the target is removed in response it'll fizzle.

I feel like Wizards would never print this as it's super not newbie friendly. Also probably REALLY broken. But it would be a sweet cube land.

That's WAAAAAY too good, since you can get two mana out of it immediately. It'd have to be "Enters the battlefield tapped unless you pay two life. When ~ enters the battlefield tapped, add C to your mana pool".

Flood, but it hits any type of creature and phases them out instead of tapping them--appropriately costed of course. It'd be like a goofy Parallax Wave. I don't feel like making it, but that's the idea.
Much worse than the painlands. They can only give you C the turn you play them, and they don't provide colored mana on turn 1 (or on any turn you play the land, for that matter).
I think this has already been suggested, but as far as supporting colorless in cube, I'd love to see lands that tape for 1 color and <> and are a basic land type, ie
Probably. The drawback isn't that much worse than the long-term CA lost to Goblin Guide. So the damage output is lower, but the fact that it's colorless makes up for that.
Clumsy Brigand R
Creature - Human Pirate
Haste
Whenever Clumsy Brigand attacks, the defending player investigates.
While attacking, Clumsy Brigand gets +1/+0 for each artifact the defending player controls
1/1
My twist on a Goblin Guide-style card utilizing Investigate. Early on, it can rack up damage very quickly, and paying mana to crack the clues can be a major tempo trap that will get them overrun.
But if you can't capitalize on that early lead, you're leaving your opponent with a ton of gas going into the late game

Really cool design and probably better or at least on par with Goblin Guide!
I like it .
Well, it could make the defending player investigate when combat damage is dealt to that player instead to make it weaker.
That could lead to some interesting choices for defending player whether to block it or not, but it also reduces its powerlevel a lot.
My feeling is you'll never run into an unfavorable combat with this creature and it will be annoying to get rid of, but not impossible, so kudos on the design, but you also might not find it as useful in combat as you're thinking.
So pound for pound vs Baneslayer, Thundermaw Hellkite and the like? This loses. Would I play it? Maybe in a large cube.
