Hedron Blade seems insane. At 2 mana, it's a Vulshok Morningstar that equips for one less and can draw a card and refund a mana. At 4 mana, it's Haunted Platemail that equips for 2 less and can draw two and refund 2 mana - or you can remove the first counter, and you've got a cantripping Morningstar and the first equip is free. And it only scales up from there.
I think this card:
Hedron Blade X
Artifact - Equipment
Hedron Blade enters the battlefield with X charge counters on it.
Equipped creature gets +1/+1 for each charge counter on Hedron Blade
Equip X, where X is the number of charge counters on Hedron Blade
Is already probably playable as a decent curve-filler equipment. Give it a static equip of 2 or maybe 3 and it's actually pretty stellar, and better than most equipment WotC prints these days.
Tacking on the ability to draw a card for every 2 you spent is just nutty. Like, can you imagine, t4 this, t5 draw 2 and cast a seven drop? And that's without even using it as really efficient equipment.

I feel like just being flexible enough to be vulshok morningstar or haunted platemail is enough to be printed, like the raw stats already make it stupid good, the abilities are just gravy. Maybe +2/+1 or +2/ +0, if you are trying to trim power?

Erg Champion 1B
Creature - Human Pirate
First Strike, Lifelink
Erg Champion can't block.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you lose 3 life.
3/1
This way, you have to attack with it to regain the life you're otherwise losing. "Deals lethal combat damage" seems redundant, as there's few things this will bounce off in combat without killing and without itself dying. Making it upkeep instead of end step saves you from having to use the "unless it came under control" clause.

Actually, we could clean this up to still have an Erg Raiders-esque drawback and not hit you on your first turn by making it an end-of-combat trigger:

Sower of Chaos looks like it should probably be 1R or 1B. Two-colored, it'd never make the cut.
Rat Keeper seems weird. The token generation is obviously strong, and I'd 100% cube Bitterblossom on a dude, but overall his abilities seem all over the place.
Axe-Slinger Champion is a bit nutty in that you need to block it with TWO 3+ toughness creatures, and even then it needs to be >3 if you don't want to lose both of them. But I suppose it's basically just 2 power + haste and evasion which is decent without being busted (Chandra's Firebird)

Sacrifice a Human: Gain life equal to its toughness.
When ~ dies, you may exile it. If you do, return another target creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield. You lose life equal to it's power. It becomes a Zombie in addition to its other types.
2/1
Black 2 drop, sac-outlet, Human and Zombie tribal support, and reanimation spell in one. (Maybe too much too ask? :))
Geistcaller: Costs can't target, and you shouldn't use another player's graveyard as a cost, so the exile should be part of the effect. Spammable 1/1 flying for 2 on a decent body is probably too good. I'd probably increase the activation cost by 1 to line up with Jade Mage.
Jund Guy: The first ability doesn't work as desired because the power/toughness layer comes after the abilities layer, so it should be changed to a triggered ability. Something like "Whenever a red creature you control with power 3 or greater attacks, it gains first strike until end of turn." Handing out first strike and deathtouch on one card strikes me as kind of cheesy. Maybe replace first strike with menace or something?
Grixis Dude: Seems fine, not the most exciting.
Naya Critter: The target trigger seems pretty OP, depending on how much cheap repeatable targeting stuff is available. Infinite damage with Lightning Greaves or Grafted Wargear, or merely insane amounts of damage with Bonesplitter, Skullclamp, or Hex Parasite and it also finds most of those cards? Triggering off abilities is problematic.
Bant Buddy: Seems fine as a Crusader of Odric with goodness. I would want to play with this, but I'm irrationally partial to copy effects.

I was trying to do something beyond body + some ability with some random effect with hybrid cost - it seems like interesting design space to have the second ability synergise with the first part, but neither being useless alone either. I think mine are much more interesting, no offense, although I do like the Bant guy's design even though it's one of the weaker ones. The cycle is deliberately centred since I might come up with enemy ones too.
