How about:
Chapel of Sanctity
Land
~ enters the battlefield tapped. t: Add B or W to your mana pool. 1BW: Chapel of Sanctity becomes a 1/4 cleric creature with lifelink and deathtouch until end of turn.
Well you can't give a manland an activation including a tap, since then it doesn't do anything.
Apart from that, this is really strong, probably too strong. Blocking and killing 3/x's, and trading with any ground pounder makes it better than any of the Zendikar manlands, I think, and those were pretty pushed.

Thank you to everyone for the comments, I've taken them all into consideration and fixed the things you brought up. Speaking of which, my revised BW Planeswalker is attached, as well as a total redesign of Corrupted Bishop.
EDIT: The etb life gain land is great idea for the custom BW one, thanks!
I think copy effects are really cool and it's a pity that there is no staple. I feel the same about redirect effects (and we recently cut the last one from our cube: Willbender.) How about this:
Twinbend - UR
You may choose new targets for target spell. Then copy that spell and you may choose new targets for the copy.
Well Wild Ricochet is both one of my favorite cards ever and definitely not overpowered (it saw some very light play as a sideboarded one-off in Standard IIRC), so I'm all for it. But yeah, 1UR is probably a more realistic mana cost; it shouldn't be too easy to use it proactively (i.e. on your own spells).
U
Creature - Merfolk
When etb, search your library for an artifact with converted mana cost zero, reveal it and put it into your hand. Shuffle your library.
1/1
Probably not a healthy card for a powered list, but I'm sure it'll make a few deck lists.

I think this is fine in powered lists. Powerful, but basically just a 6th mox in the cube.
I don't think you'd play this in non-powered cube. The 0 cc artifacts aren't good enough. You really just have EE, Chrome Mox, Mox Diamond, and LED as cubable zero mana artifacts.
Roshea
Legendary Land
Tap Add 1 to your mana pool.
Tap, Add 3 to your mana pool. Use this mana only to play spells with X in their converted mana cost or to activate abilities with x in their activation cost.
Clyde, Goblin Walker
2RB
Planeswalker- Clyde
+1: Put a 1/1 Red and Black Goblin Token into play
-3: Sacrifice a Goblin creature. Clyde deals 5 damage to target player. Up to 1 target creature controlled by that player gets -5/-5 until EOT.
-6: Return all Goblin creatures from your graveyard to the battlefield.

I don't think there's enough X effects in most cubes to make this worth it. Off the top of my head I think we only play devil's play, condescend (which does not need this), and profane command.
Edit - And deed. And absence. And mindtwist (wow I forgot a lot of cards). And rolling earthquake. And tempt. And green sun's. Ok, today we have learned that I am terrible at remembering cards in a vacuum. All that said, I still don't think I'd play this, although it does make it a lot closer. t2 this with mind twist is absolutely brutal.

People play Sphinx's Rev, Martial Coup, Bonfire of the Damned, Grenzo, Death Cloud, Entreat the Angels, Primordial Hydra, Genesis Wave.
Still might not be good enough, but there's a pretty reasonable amount of x spells.
Glass Memento 1
Artifact
When Glass Memento enters the battlefield, you may reveal a card from your hand and choose up to one of its colors. 1,T: Add two mana of the chosen color to your mana pool.
If Coldsteel Heart sees play, this thing would be an instant replacement. Its a funky sort of Chrome Mox/filter-land variant. I would slip this guy in pretty much without a second thought.

Ha, we play bonfire too. I am terrible at this. Either way, I don't think I like it enough for small cubes. Could be fun in bigger ones. The main issue is almost no deck is gonna have more than 1 or 2 X spells in all likelihood.
I feel like that needs to cost 2, as it's basically a monocolored Signet.
Small clarification, but can it add 2 colorless if you don't reveal anything?
I don't think that's a downside that will make it cost 1, but I can't really tell from how it's worded. Maybe my brain is just not working today

I don't think it would, no. If there's no choice, it can't add mana of the chosen color.

No. In much the same way as Karn decks don't make mana with command tower, if there's no chosen color, then the rock just doesn't make mana.

Check out the thread for my cube if you have the time, and tell me how terrible it is.
Generals meant to be drafted first in a single pack of 6 cards.
And here is the actual cube, meant to be drafted in 4 regular sized packs. (60 card decks)
This is the Beta for the 420 card cube that I have created over time. It has not yet been tested, want to sort out some kinks before I go ahead and print and play. I'm going to post them one color at a time starting with white to be able to get proper critique on each color, I have borrowed some ideas I saw on this forum.
There's too many cards to comment on them all, but there's some really nice design in there:
Strength of the Oblivion (I freaking love this)
See the Reckoning (not convinced of its power level, but beautiful design)
Premeditated Strike (may need to cost more, but awesome card design-wise)
There are also some cards that are obviously too strong to see print (but I guess it's your Custom Cube, so you can do whatever the hell you want):
Vengeful Prophet
Tactical Edge (Glorious Anthem + card advantage will not happen)
Prayer of the Fallen
Haunted Heirloom (come on!)
May I suggest you open a separate thread for this project, though? Posting an entire Custom Cube is not what this thread is for.
