Seems insanely broken in Storm decks (Vintage, Legacy and possibly Modern).
I don't think it's very good in Cube though, since the mana will go to waste a substantial amount of the time (i.e. every time you play a spell on-curve and don't have a one-drop).
First impression: since it is so bad in its 3-mana mode (compared to e.g. Kodama's Reach/Cultivate), I would almost prefer if it just cost 2 and had you lose 2 life when it ETB's. That would be a bit more elegant.
Upon further reflection: the above criticism could also be leveled at Porcelain Legionnaire, which is a Cube staple (for now - if more Brimaz'es are printed that will end pretty soon), and Paradise Shard is just slightly better than Everflowing Chalice or Coldsteel Heart, so it should find a place in many lists (up to the Cube manager to decide if it's a green card or a colorless one).
Something a little more defensive and interesting for white...

The problem with that is that if you remove a characteristic-setting ability that sets power and toughness, like that of Tarmogoyf, what does the creature become?
You'll notice this is why every card that has the text "loses all abilities" also sets power and toughness.

In normal circumstances, it would have to be 0/1 or 1/1. But because this card is too powerful, I think setting/pegging the creature's power and toughness to its CMC would be alright. So if goyf attacks, it'll be a 2/2 Runeclaw Bear.
So it's a Vulshok Morningstar with a slightly lower equip but it requires a color?
Idk, seems kind of low-impact. Maybe throw on trample? Then it does a pretty good Rancor impression.

It needs to cost G, and even then, due to the color restriction, it would be worse than both Rancor and Bonesplitter.
But I would play that card if it cost G.
The discussion about the humiliator got me thinking about this kind of card.

I don't think so. The toughness boost means that creatures trade up against bigger butts now instead of trading with their equals. I actually worry that it would be ridiculously obnoxious
I like these iterations of your Clerics the best so far. Nice designs all around, seems like the power level is low yet synergies will allow really powerful plays.
Some nice designs in there; the Sanctified ability is something that Wizards may very well print (probably as a faction mechanic in a set like Alara or Tarkir, because it doesn't really make sense in the other colors).
Some random comments:
Blessed Warden is completely unprintable in a normal Limited set (except maybe as a rare or mythic). Keep in mind that WOTC now considers Samite Healer to be too good at low rarities.
I would definitely Cube An'Zho Priest at 500 cards and consider him at 360.
Maltheus should be legendary on the backside.
Possessed Preacher is pretty insane; would Cube.
You should check if according to the rules, Corrupted Bishop triggers when you attack with him and a lifelink creature. Players will get this wrong a lot either way.
For Master of the Occult, could the Sanctified ability be optional? Sometimes Entomb is better than Vampiric Tutor.
Vindictive Apostle should almost certainly say "nonland permanent" according to modern design rules; you just don't get a 3-mana LD effect anymore, even with multiple hoops to jump through.
Kal's 3rd ability is amazing; it's something that's probably not printable as an enchantment (at any reasonable mana cost), but works perfectly as an ultimate. Both other abilities are a bit uninspired though, and I doubt that the second one is in the correct colors (it's basically Fight).

Uh... Sanguine Bond? This card isn't even that good. It's actually kind of underwhelming as an ultimate for a walker.
Still, I think it's a pretty nice ultimate to build to in the right deck and with the right +1 ability (not this one, probably). Heck, they should have just put this on the new Sorin, that would have been pretty cool.
I suggest a WBJwar Isle Refuge type land that has a Cleric themed activated ability on it.
