I like that version of the cryptologist a lot more.
I dunno how I feel about the Raiders. That's pretty darn close to just "Draw a card", which is fine except it probably shouldn't come on a body that's already slightly pushed, especially when you look at Elvish Visionary
I agree that Red should get the ability to interact with exile, as its biggest enemies are the ones most likely to do it (Swords to Plowshares, Dissipate), but the head designer of Magic has some issues with that (namely, let's not turn Exile into just a second graveyard), so we'll likely never see it.

I would gladly give up the 2 power for a better casting cost and the death trigger against edicts and wraths. Any day of the week. I don't think it's even close.

I think it's too small of an initial impact for 7 mana. A 2/2 and a Bramblecrush is too little for 4GGG. And it would need to be a LTB trigger rather than a death one; it's too low-impact to run the risk of being exiled.
At six mana, that was probably fine.
At seven, I feel like it should be something like this:

I too someday dream of an green artifact fatty. It is not so much that wtwlf123 is so good( I like Silvos better on the battlefield myself). It is just so damn flexible, fits in so many decks, with so many interactions that would make it a synergy bonanza. But you are right, there is no reason it is an artifact creature. If anything it might be a green creature that made artifacts or maybe an artifact creature that turned into green tokens. But then it would exile itself, to be more like curse of the swine type cards.
In the history of magic there has been 4 green artifact creatures. Trasnguild Courier and Reaper King are 5 colors, then we are left with Thundering Tanadon( a cycle filler for new phyrexia), and shardless agent. So it seems to me there are 3 ways to make an artifact green creature, and because I really really want one, I will try all 3.

Resolution seems like it belongs in the WRB wedge, since those are the three colors of mass destruction.
Mind Trick seems like it needs to cost 4, if not more. Compare to Punish Ignorance.
Sultai Swap seems BONKERS. 3 mana gets you a Zombify, a Restore, AND a [c]Sins of the Past[/c}?
Mardu Berserker likewise seems overly pushed. It swings for 5 with haste, and then next turn hits for 9? For three mana?
Likewise, the Groundpounder seems rather insane. Last time we got three color cards, a mana cost of BCE got us a 5/4 vanilla. You think we'll see trample AND +4 toughness at the same cost?

I really don't seem them printing a 3 mana sweeper, even at 3 colors, specifically one with upside. Maybe if it let the opponent choose which of your creatures is kept. Or if you had to choose one creature for each player.
Printable. Analogues right now cost a little more but I am fine with this if a little pushed.
No, just no. A 3 mana reanimate plus playing a card from graveyard are insane enough and should make this this cost 6. The land thing is worth another mana. And the discard is a bonus here, so I count about 8 mana worth of spells. And there are plenty of commander decks that would play it at 5UBG
I can see this as a 1/3 that got counters for player damage.
Nope for 3 colors of mana you get a 5/4 no trample and that is in Naya. This is more what I would expect from those colors.

Resolution seems like it belongs in the WRB wedge, since those are the three colors of mass destruction.
Mind Trick seems like it needs to cost 4, if not more. Compare to Punish Ignorance.
Sultai Swap seems BONKERS. 3 mana gets you a Zombify, a Restore, AND a [c]Sins of the Past[/c}?
Mardu Berserker likewise seems overly pushed. It swings for 5 with haste, and then next turn hits for 9? For three mana?
Likewise, the Groundpounder seems rather insane. Last time we got three color cards, a mana cost of BCE got us a 5/4 vanilla. You think we'll see trample AND +4 toughness at the same cost?
