As far as the issue at hand #1 why not play Burning and Cunning Wish as well as they are as good as Living Wish pretty much.
I don't run Wishes in the cube as I don't like having to explain to people how a card they drafted works. Also I don't think this or other solutions I've seen work that well.

Agreed. I'm just not into having to decide whether you can only grab from your sideboard or if the undrafted Cube is up for inclusion. I just don't want to explain it every time. This is also the reason I'm probably cutting textless cards from my Cube (as soon as I get foil versions).
To each his own I guess, but everyone who casts it when we're drafting my cube enjoys casting the card and has had success with it. People had been asking me how we handle Living Wish, so I figured I'd post it.
I agree with having only English non-textless cards in the cube as well.

I also include discussions about cards we took out, cards we banned, and cards we might add.
My thought was to just use the sideboard as the "wishboard", which seems pretty intuitive to me. We glimpse draft and almost always have several powerful targets that don't make the main deck.
i'm glad this topic was brought back up. couldn't you just run your wishboard as whatever leftover cards you have from drafting? the way I play is winchester drafting with extra packs to make decks smoother - I think running wishes would be a fun way to diversify the tutors.

My secondary "cube".
Really out of date cube thread with pictures.

EDIT: Moderators, we should probably move this to card and archetype discussion, yea?
Making a wishboard out of the remaining cards is kind of annoying. I have Booster Tutor for those kind of shenanigans and I think it's more intuitive.
