I really feel like you would be missing out on Crested Sunmare full potential without having a reliable sacrifice engine. You've only got Ayli as a stable source but she's got a weak body with nothing to defend herself with. One Fatal Push or even a Harnessed Lightning and shes gone. Yahenni, Undying Partisan or Syndicate Trafficker would be a more reliable choice. Especially having Stockpile. Sure you're losing health gain from Ayli but you're gaining stability from indestructible and potentially a stronger entity they'll have to deal with. Bonus is Yahenni's sacrifice costs nothing. Do it whenever you want. I'd probably take out Felidar and put in Bontu the glorified imo. Drana's Emissary would be a maybeboard as well. Its a guarantee horse token each time it is your turn plus flying is a more likely chance you'll swing in for free damage.

In the meantime, I have updated the deck (above, first post in this thread). Unfortunately, Nightmare isn't a good fit for the deck. In a dedicated mono B deck that splashes W for Sunmare, I could maybe Nightmare working. But my build runs too few swamps to make spending 6 mana to cast Nightmare worth it, especially if Sunmare isn't already on the battlefield already.

Yeah basically. I was suggesting a rebuild to a mono black, splashed for sunmare, but I see that is not an option.
Went down -1 Crested Sunmare MB and moved +3 Fatal Push MB for faster removal against Ramunap Red and Mono Black Zombies matchups. Also moved Anguished Unmaking to the SB to be boarded in against Hazoret the Fervent Game 2. Removed Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet from the deck entirely. He didn't really help the deck out all the much, and was kinda late to the party most games. Instead, I opted to run Kambal, Consul of Allocation in the SB. Kambul is good because he either negates or lessens the amount of damage we take from direct burn spells from Ramunap Red. He also great against control decks if he resolves, especially UR Control/Izzet Burn. A minor but not insignificant change I made was removing Anointer Priest from the deck and replacing her with God-Pharoah's Faithful. With Priest, I wasn't gaining nearly as much life as I wanted as fast I needed to, not only to survive Ramunap Red, but also to turn on Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim's exile ability quicker. Faithful is the kinda card that normally slots into control decks, but works great here because the deck runs many wb and b spells to gain us life. It also acts as a great blocker early because she has a big butt(toughness). All in all, I'm happy where the deck is for now.

Actually, I haven't run the deck yet. I've been tweaking a deck I invited months ago trying to improve on it: http://www.mtgsalvation.com/forums/the-game/standard-type-2/standard-archives/772093-marionette-master-combo#c6 (it's the very last deck in the thread). But I don't think it's that decks time just yet. Hella fun to play tho. Anyway, I've been working on another deck that I'll more than likely be taking to FNM this coming Friday: http://www.mtgsalvation.com/forums/the-game/standard-type-2/deck-creation-standard/780405-b-r-x-demonic-death-energy But that would involve me spending a lot of money making it because I only own half the cards. Whereas with "All the Pretty Horses", I'm only missing Crested Sunmare and some desert lands. I'll figure it out.

Never know unless you ask/suggest it though.
