So with the newest set here is a deck that uses a few cards from previous sets that never saw much play, but I think that they can be put to use in this deck. This deck's goals are to control your opponent while you get lands into your graveyard so that you can get a huge advantage by using Splendid Reclamation to get them all back into play.
OP listed a bunch of cards that might be viable in a deck centered around Splendid Reclamation, then a possible deck list running some of those cards. The OP probably posted too much information/ not enough of the right information.
The idea of the proposed decklist is to control the game while getting lands in the GY via Crawling Sensation, Baral, and cycling lands. Then cast Splendid Reclamation while having a Tireless Tracker in play, getting a bunch of clues in play to generate more card advantage, allowing the player to smother their opponent in card advantage.
I'd like to point out that Summary Dismissal does not counter, so it will not trigger Baral. I'm worried that the current decklist may not have enough ways to get lands into the graveyard, and I believe Crawling sensation is not powerful enough, since it only mills 2 cards per turn and can give you only 1 token at most.

Yeah, it took me a second to figure it out at first. Just saw a bunch of cards with no explanation as to why the were listed. Been working on a Jund version of the deck using Gitrog and new Lili.
Sorry about this post and how unorganized it is... this is kinda how I build decks I go throughout gatherer and try to find all the somewhat viable cards for my idea and then go through and find what I want. Finding everything took a while so I didn't have much time to go back and go give good descriptions will be trying to get that done tonight.
Edit: semi updated will still go back and take out some cards that are taking up space and will update with new spoilers.
