Rhonas's Monument 3
Legendary Artifact
Green creature spells you cast cost 1 less to cast.
Whenever you cast a creature spell, target creature you control gets +2/+2 and gains trample until end of turn.
"The worthy shall hone a strong body to endure the boundless energies of the afterlife." - Monument inscription
Like all the monuments, this card reduces the casting cost of creature spells of a SPECIFIC color.
Like all the monuments, this card creates an effect when you cast a creature of ANY color.
While I really like this cycle, I feel the five monuments fall into two categories:
1. Conditional mana rocks that always have an additional effect when a creature is cast
- Oketra's Monument - The white one always creates a 1/1 white Warrior creature token with vigilance.
- Bontu's Monument - The black one always causes each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life.
2. Conditional mana rocks that have an additional effect when a creature is cast AND another condition is met
- Rhonas's Monument - The green one’s effect only provides additional value when you already have a creature that can attack.
- Hazoret's Monument - The red one’s “you may discard a card. If you do, draw a card” only provides additional value when you already have a card in hand.
- Kefnet's Monument - The blue one’s “target creature an opponent controls doesn't untap during its controller's next untap step” only provides additional value when your opponent has a tapped creature.
Sadly, Rhonas's Monument goes into the second tier, so it should only find a home in decks that meet the trigger requirement (lots of creatures). I really like this card in Standard Green / Black Energy as a Two Of at the very least. Greenbelt Rampager, while not receiving the cost reduction benefit, seems like a fantastic card to abuse Rhonas's Monument. If you can use up energy at will, you can turn every green mana into +2/+2 and Trample. Sounds exciting in the right build.
In my current version of Colossus, I run Deadlock Trap. Getting additonal Energy for that and giving my 10/10's Trample seems good I may mess around with that.
Ive been useing conduit of ruin with rhonas monument and using him to cast greenbelt rampager 2 or 3 sometimes more in one turn and adding power to my lone riders and if there already transformed there scary if not it gets them the power to gain three life to transform for next turn. Those with a few blossoming defences cast outs skywalers shots and a imolating glares for some control.

You're vastly misplaying the card.
Firstly Greenbelt Rampager is not free to cast with the monument on the field. Secondly, once you have two energy Rampager's effect is not optional and it stays on the field instead of back into your hand.
I'm not sure how Conduit of Ruin works in your plan but he does not generate mana for you to cast nor is it green to cast Rampager.
