The article puts in in UW heroic, where I do think it would be welcome, but I like it in the recent token strategies.
Jeskai or RW tokens both would probably like this card and I think it makes Goblin Rabblemaster a bit more relevant again too. A problem with him recently has been swinging him onto an already big board, but giving him indestructible or removing a blocker suddenly he becomes a much bigger threat.
Valorous Stance definitely looks like it could be a playable sideboard option against green, where Reprisal and Suspension Field weren't really good enough. I think the removal mode is the most relevant option for most decks. "Indestructible" tends to be an underwhelming ability in Constructed, but it will do work on occasion and it's good to have that versatility. Meanwhile, the removal hits Courser of Kruphix where Reprisal didn't, and there's no weakness to Erase or Reclamation Sage.

Dual-purpose conditional removal and protection spell. White gets all the goodies.
"Personally I love high-riak, low-reqars gambles. Life's best with a decent amount of riak. And f*** reqars."
