Not worth it, at least not like this. Your deck has 6 beaters, not counting Kruphix. On the other hand, there are 27 cards that either ramp or draw into your extremely few win conditions. That balance seems completely off the charts. At the very least, if you're hellbent on ramping that much, I'd go for more Broodmasters or other cards that can convert your overload of mana into actual wins.
As a casual deck to play with friends this looks quite ridiculous and fun to play. If you want it to make it perhaps a bit more competitive I have a few suggestions.
Kiora's follower feels a bit excessive. Kalonian hydra would be a great addition to this deck and could probably replace Kiora's follower. Im not too particularly fond of the Dictates either as they help really allow a control/heavy removal player to draw the answer they need to your limited win cons. I would suggest taking out the Dictates for some Garruk, Caller of Beasts and two more Polukranos.
As a thought since you do like the concept of ramp, Kiora, the crashing wave has quite a few abilities that are beneficial to you.
I agree with everything everyone has said aside from the Kalonian Hydra. There's no X anywhere in his casting cost so he kinda does nothing here.
The beaters/ramp ratio is def way off as Boreez points out. I'm intending this thing as a fun/casual deck as opposed to serisouly competitive. I have my "serious" UG build (in my sig) which I'm actually trying to make work.
This deck essentially asks the question "what is Kruphix for?". I know people say Clan defiance, but i think it's silly that we would have to add another colour to a 2-colour god to get him to do anything. So the only X spell wincons in green and blue are the green hydras!
This deck is possibly just proof that Kruphix is not meant for standard.
I think biomass mutation is 100% a good call. Turn the mana dorks into beaters. Great idea, rangerwickett!
I like Kalonian Hydra here for the ultimate win-more via doubling counters for your mistcutters and your already monstrous Poly K and Hydra Broodmaster. Plus more Hydras!

I'd ponder Biomass Mutation, which can turn any creature already on the board into a Mistcutter Hydra.

Also, Garruk is probably a good call!
Your opponent watches you ramp to 10 mana scared that you might draw a win condition. You never do.
No one has playtested this before, Aether7.
There is a point where you have too much ramp and not enough action. It's very hard to find a balance.
