This is a deck I've been messing around with since before Fate Reforged but I decided to change it around a bit; especially with the success of 5-color blue dragons...
Or you could play more cards that generate CA by just being in play. These are cards like Sorin, Solemn Visitor and Elspeth (which you're already pretty much max'd on).

Or you could play cards that play well both early and late game, being worth about a card in the early to mid-game and generating a percentage of a card later in the game. So cards that scale and generate advantage as the game progesses. This would be card like Secure the Wastes. It's perfectly fine to pay 3W. It's even better, come turn 12, to dump all your mana into it.
My original build ran Chandra and she was definitely useful as an early game Walker...
I'll take a gander and see if I can make some room and mess around. I never thought about Secure the Wastes but that'll have to be something I look into.
I could also +1 Read The Bones, like you said; its rough on my life total but its all I have for the most part at CA.
Sorin has always been a card that I've been conflicted by; in some ways I absolutely love him in conjunction with Elspeth to get me out of a sticky situation but other times...
What worries me is a deck like this is still very susceptible to Esper Dragons; Foul-Tongue Invocation is still a card I'd like to throw in even without any dragons; a blanket sac effect is always nice..
I think if you are running Stormbreath Dragon that you want it as a 4-of. It's awesome vs Esper and other W based control decks. Thunderbreak Regent over the Dragonlord, and in all honesty the only Kolaghan that should be played here is Kolaghan, the Storm's Fury. Battle Cry is awesome with all the guys you can make.

I'll just start you with the thread I've since abandoned. Yes, it's titles Blue+Mardu, but it started solidly in Mardu.
While it may not be super relevant now, it has some thoughts you may find interesting and you can also see how I began adding Blue to the deck.
Right now I play Esper Dragons, so I've abandoned the thread I've linked you to.
Some important things to note:
1) You pretty much get ripped up be counters. Unless you run a pretty good discard suite, counter are going to punish you, but discard loses to the strong aggressive decks that are still all over.
2) Mardu's lacking card advantage is real, you'll add Read the Bones and it'll be good, but sometimes a deck will just draw better than you. You'll get pushed to low life and that 2 life from Read will look like a high price to pay. Your best bet is Chandra or Red Siege, but a do nothing requirement for T4 is not a good place to be.
3) Anger can pretty much win the game sometimes if your opponent over extends.
4) Crackling Doom is really good always, but Jurassic Den decks recur threats a ton, so Devouring Light and Utter End feel like they help.
The deck is fun to play and pulls pretty evenly in record every night. I usually went 2-2 most FNMs, but I stopped playing Mardu only shortly after FRF. You definitely have more tools available now.

1x Caves of Koilos
3x Mountain
3x Nomad Outpost
3x Plains
3x Swamp
2x Temple of Malice
3x Temple of Silence
3x Temple of Triumph
1x Urborg
4x Hero's Downfall
2x Mardu Charm
2x Murderous Cut
3x Foul-Tongue Invocation
2x Stormbreath Dragon
2x Dragonlord Kologan
2x Anger of the Gods
2x Crux of Fate
2x Read the Bones
3x Thoughtseize
2x Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker
1x Ugin, The Spirit Dragon
2x Perilous Vault
What worries me is the infinite lack of card-draw in the end; Kologan has been either really good or super meh thus far..
Let me know what you guys think.
Yeah, given that you're a superfriends control deck, you'll need a bit of gas to push you along the way. Here are my suggestions:
More Read the Bones -- rough on your life total but the card is gas.
Outpost Siege -- Not terrible. On the other hand you have a lot of expensive spells, which is not where the card shines.
Chandra, Pyromaster -- Basically Outpost Siege but soft to creatures.

Same goes for Soulfire Grand Master.

What I'd do? I'd start by cutting 2x Vaults and by adding a 4cmc planeswalker (either Chandra or Sorin).

Thought you should see it. He went top 8 at a regional pro tour qualifier with it
