The primary wincon of the deck was Polukranos monstrous for 1000. Surrak is not equivalent. So what's your new wincon then? If it's Crater's Claw, then you don't even need Ascendancy or Sabertooth.

I'm going to put in at least 1 Woodland Bellower for SCG "chicago" this weekend. I doubt the set I ordered is going to deliver today so I will have to make due with the one I pulled out of a pack.
I like Bellowing Krasis. It can give us some reach and some more combo possibilities. I also like Elemental Bond. Now we can run Disciples main as card drawing AND life gaining card!
Just asking, has anyone thought about Hydra broodmaster as another outlet for infinite mana? infinite infinity/infinities with haste... Possible win? And a 6 mana 7/7 2g devotion with Gelatinous Genesis attached otherwise.
Definitely have. It's serviceable but in the end inferior to Polukranos. The key to the deck is building devotion fast, and once you hit 7, anything can win. So 2GG is better than 4GG, and especially because genesis hydra for 4 can pick it up.
